Thievery Incident
DAPITAN CITY - at about 10:30 in the morning of
October 3, 2016, one Elmer Jarina
Embrado, 48 years old, male, married, retired AFP personnel and a resident of
Brgy. Banonong, Dapitan City reported to Dapitan CPS that his house was entered
by unidentified person/s. Initial investigation conducted by the responding PNP
team disclosed at about 4:00 o’clock in the morning of same date, unidentified
person entered the victim’s house by passing through the window and once inside carted away one (1) unit Silver Iphone 6
cellphone; one (1) unit Samsung Duo (silver); one (1) unit black O+ 8.33
cellphone and one (1) unit caliber .45 SAM pistol bearing SN: BL0043 together
with one (1) magazine loaded with nine (9) live ammunitions registered under
the name of Elmer Jarina Embrado with License number 03517291OO658065. After
the incident, the suspect fled to unknown direction. Dapitan CPS now conducting
follow-up investigation for possible ident and arrest of the suspect. Progress

BALIGUIAN - on or about 11:45 o’clock in the
morning of October 3, 2016 at hinterland
of Brgy Diculom, Baliguian, ZN Task Force Manhunt/Trackers Team of
Baliguian MPS led by PCI ABUBAKAR A IBNO
- and personnel of 13th SF based Milidan Detachment, Baliguian, ZN successfully
arrested one Geonard Mandag y Misuala, a.k.a. Totoh Limod, 22 years old,
single, farmer and a resident of Brgy Panganuran, Gutalac, ZN and Nr 7 Sibat
Target on MWP Municipal Level of Baliguian MPS,
by virtue of Warrant of Arrest
issued by Hon Laarni N. Dajao, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch
27, Siocon, ZN for RAPE with Criminal
Case Nr. 2013-07-01(1037) with no bail recommended. Suspect now detained at
Baliguian MPS for proper disposition.
Campaign against Illegal Drugs thru Search Warrant Operation
LILOY - at about 12:30 PM of October 3, 2016,
elements of Liloy MPS led by PCI ROLANDO HERNANDEZ BARRAQUIO – OIC executed
Search Warrant no. 026-2016 for Violation of R.A. 9165 issued by Hon. Oscar D.
Tomarong – Presiding Judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy,
Zamboanga del Norte dated September 27, 2016 which resulted to the arrest of one
Wilson E. Cavan (a Street Level Target Ranked Number 6 Liloy MPS) a resident of
Fatima, Liloy, ZN. Reco from his possession and control:
a. Seven
(7) pieces small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white
crystalline granules believed to be shabu;
b. Two (2) pieces disposable lighter color
orange;
c. One (1) piece small cut rolled aluminum foil;
d. One (1) unit Cherry mobile (FUZE) cellular
phone color black;
e. Three (3) pieces 300 hundred peso bill;
f. One (1) piece 10 peso coin;
g. One (1) piece 5 peso coin; and
h. One (1) piece 1 peso coin
Inventory of all confiscated illegal items were
conducted in the presence of Hon. Felipe O. Inion Sr., Hon. Jerry B. Managase
and Hon. Lolita R. Eroy all barangay Councilors of barangay Fatima, Liloy, ZN.
Arrested suspect now detained at Liloy MPS for filing of appropriate charges in
