Response during Commotion
DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that at around 1:28 o’clock dawn of March 3, 2017, PO2 Clint
John Cuenca and PO2 Ronald C Wapelle, both PNP member of Dipolog CPS received
an information that there was a commotion at Herrera St., Central, Dipolog City
prompted them to respond to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival at
the crime scene, particularly infront of PEPICS Lodge situated at the
abovementioned place, the responding PNP
saw a group of EPHREM MANOPOLLO, 27 years old, JAN EDWARD MURRO, 17
years old, both residents of Banicapt, Galas, Dipolog City and other
unidentified companions and a group of BL SHANE MARGATE y PER, single, 20 years
old, a resident of Gen. Luna St., Central Brgy., Dipolog City, EJ ALALOM, 20
years old, single, and KEVIN PANLIMOTAN, 19 years old, both residents of
Dohinob, Roxas, ZN engaged on a commotion. PO2 Ronald C Wapelle and PO2 Clint
John Cuenca introduced themselves as police officer and tried to pacify the
commotion. However, BL SHANE MARGATE y PER, EJ ALALOM and KEVIN PANLIMOTAN
disobeyed and attacked PO2 Klint John Cuenca carrying stones and steel pipe.
Due to the attack, PO2 Cuenca draw his service 9mm pistol and made a warning
shot towards the ground to defend himself but unfortunately, the slug
accidentally hit to the cheek of one of the suspects identified as BL Shane
Margate y Per and was brought to ZANORTE Medical Center, Sicayab, Dipolog City
for treatment while his companions and the other group were fled away to

Report on Illegal
Cutting of Coconut Trees
PIÑAN
- Be informed that at about 7:15 o’clock in the morning of March 3, 2017, one LIWA
CLAIRE ALESNA y VENTOZILLADA, Philippine Coconut Development Officer of Philippine Coconut Authority stationed at
Pinan, ZN, 26 years old, a resident of Motibot, Sindangan, ZN
personally appeared and reported to Pinan MPS that there was an illegal
cutting of coconut trees at Barangay Lapu-lapu, Pinan ZN. Immediately, PNP Team
of Pinan MPS led by SPO4 Rogelio CobilloSagario- MESPO together with Liwa
Claire Alesna y Ventozillada proceeded to the area and recovered 5 logs of
coconut trees and coconut fletches with an estimated volume of 1,500 board feet
while perpetrators ran away and disappeared upon sensing the arrival of the
responding police officers. Investigation further revealed that said coconut
land was owned by one Carlo Jacinto, a resident of Dapitan City and there were
already 92 coconut trees were already cut. Recovered coconut lumbers were
turned-over to the PCA personnel for

Abduction Incident
SIOCON
- Be informed that at about 08:00 o’clock in the evening of March 3, 2017,Cpl.
Jofrey Montero, 32 years old, married of 13th SF Coy, PA assigned at Sta. Maria
Patrol Base, Brgy. Sta. Maria, Siocon, ZN reported to Siocon MPS and asking for
law enforcement assistance of an alleged abduction incident at brgySta Maria,
Siocon ZN. Immediately, team from Siocon MPS led by PCI JOSEPH REALES MAULAD
together with troops from 13th SP Coy, PA proceeded to the reported place to
verify the veracity of report. Initial investigation disclosed that at about
07:45 o’clock in the evening of same date one JESSICA BARAZON DUTERTE, 52 years
old, and her husbandJOSE DUTERTE, 62 years old, farmer of copra and both resident
of brgy. Sta. Maria, Siocon ZN were forcibly abducted by more or less seven (7)
armed men wearing bonnet and police
uniform,then flee and speeds off onboard white motorize speed boat heading to
undisclosed direction. Siocon MPS and troops from 13th SP Coy, PA now conducted
follow-up investigation in coordination with the nearby municipality for
possible ident and arrest of the perpetrators and rescue the victim. For

CITY - Be informed that at about 6:30 o’clock in the evening of March 3, 2017, APOLONIO
T. ACOPIADO, 58 years old, married and a resident of Turno, Dipolog City
brought and turned over to Dipolog CPS one MICHELLE SANCHEZ y ARATIA, 34 years
old, single and a resident of Sangali, Zamboanga City and temporarily residing
at Poblacion, Baliguian, Zamboanga del Norte. Subject person was caught in the act
by the duty Security Guard Ely Lomontoc, stealing inside the supermarket of Lee
Plaza City Central, Dipolog City. Recovered from the possession and control of
the suspect were one (1) white plastic bottle of Nivea Extra White Firming Body
Lotion 400ml amounted to Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Pesos (328.00), One (1)
colored cream plastic bottle of Aveeno Active naturals (Skin relief Body wash)
354ml amounted to Four Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos (422.00), one (1) pc. Nivea
crème 60 ml amounted to One Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos (122.00) and two (2) pcs
Flawless Glutathione & Grape Seed soap amounted to Eighty Pesos and Fifty
Centavos (80.50) each, wherein all the items worth a total of One Thousand
Thirty-Three Pesos (1,033.00). Incident happened at around 5:45 o’clock in the

Report on Campaign against Illegal Drugs thru Joint Buy Bust Operation
LABASON
- Be informed that on or about 11:40 o’clock in the evening of March 3 2017,
joint elements of Labason MPS and intel operative of 12MICO,1MIB, 1ID, PA
conducted a buybust operation at Babami Beach Resort, SitioLupag, Brgy.
Malintuboan, Labason, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of one
(1) MATT PAUL PAGUIA IGUANAAKA “PAUL”, Brgy Councilor of Dansalan, Labason, ZN,
male, 29 years old, single, and a resident ofBrgy. Dansalan, Labason, ZN after
he sold to Agent Ortezuela who acted as the poseur buyer of heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to
be shabu in exchange for P1,000.00 buy-bust money. Confiscated from the
arrested suspect were the following: a. two (2) pcs Heat-sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu as
buy-bust evidence; b. one (1) Mighty cigarette wrapper; c. one (1) pc.
transparent heat-sealed big plastic sachet; d. four (4) pcs. heat-sealed
transparent plastic sachets containing whitecrystalline substance believed to
be shabu; e. one (1) unit Black Samsung Duos cellphone; f. one (1) unit blue
and white motorcycle Honda XRM125 bearing plate number 59870 with key; g. one
(1) brown Jansport sling bag containing one (1) black Nathaniel wallet with
DILG ID, Barangay Kagawad ID, BIR ID, and Assorted papers; Black Samsung
Charger; One Stab Omeprazole capsule; Three (3) pcs. Lubricated condoms; one
(1) pc. Metal gel ballpen, one (1) pc. Five-peso coin, two (2) pcs.
Five-Hundred-peso bill with serial numbers M203279 and GK925728 used as
buy-bust money. The estimated total weight of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride is
0.12 gram with an estimated market value of P6,000.00. Case for violation of
Section 5 and 11 of Article II of RA 9165 will be filed before the court.

Spot Report on Fire
Incident
LABASON
- Be informed that at about 6:00 o’clock in the evening of March 4, 2017, a
concerned citizen reported to Labason MPS and informed that the house of a
certain NINA SAGANG, located at Brgy. Bobongan, Labason, ZN was allegedly
burned. Immediately, PNP Personnel of Labason MPS together with BFP Labason,
proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival
thereat, thehouse which was made of light materials was razed by fire. Investigation
conducted by the responding PNP Personnel and BFP Labason disclosed that the
incident was intentionally done by a certain JERRY SAGANG y CANOY, 27 years
old, male, single, son of the owner of the house and a resident of said place
who was immediately fled towards Nipa plantation. Hot pursuit operation was
conducted by elements of Labason MPS and at about 6:50 o’clock in the evening
of same date, subject person was successfully arrested along the road of
brgyBobongan, Labason, ZN. Arrested person is now detained at Labason MPS while
the crime of Arson is being prepared for filing in court. Estimated cause of
damage is Forty Thousand Pesos (P40,000.00) and no casualties during the

Stabbing Incident
DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that at about 7:45 o’clock in the evening of March 4, 2016,
a cellular phone call received by Dipolog CPS from a concern citizen informing
that a stabbing incident transpired at Relocation Site, Laoy, Olingan, Dipolog
City. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim identified as IAN
RIO ADANTE y TACLOBAN36 years old, married and the suspect identified as WODELIO
PREJOLES y BANGA, 44 years old, married and both residents of the
above-mentioned place. Accordingly, the victim and the suspect were having a
drinking session inside Pajuelas Store and Video-K located at the same place
together with Alfredo Coram. During the height of their drinking session, the
victim and the suspect came up with a misunderstanding that resulted to their
heated altercation and afterwards the suspect leave the victim at the area
together with Alfredo Coram. At around 6:30 o’clock in the eveningof the same
date, the victim together with Alfredo Coram decided to go home and while
walking at the road, the suspect driving a pink tricycleovertook the victim and
stopped his driven tricycle near the victim, disembarked and without any words
stabbed the victim using an undetermined bladed weapon prompted the victim to
run towards his house and was rushed by his relatives to Zamboanga del Norte
Medical Center for medical attention.The suspect was arrested by the responding
PNP personnel and now detained at Dipolog CPS Detention Cell for filing
appropriate charges in court while the victim was confined at the
abovementioned hospital and was attended by Dr. Genesis Realiza M.D. For

Incident
MANUKAN
- Be informed that at about 3:30 o’clock in the afternoon of March 5, 2017, a
stabbing incident transpired at Brgy. Disakan, Manukan, ZN whereinthe suspect
identified as ROMEO DUMAGAO y DANGATON, 52 years old, married, male, Filipino, a
teacher, while the victim identified as JERRY PADERNAL y REDOBLE, 38 years old,
married, farmer,both residents of said place. Investigation conducted disclosed
that prior to the incident, the suspect went to the house of TeriaAbitona
located at same place,suddenly he saw the victim drinking liquor and without any
reason the suspect attacked and boxed the victim and further stabbed the latter
with the use of knife hitting the stomach and left ear. Victim sustained minor
wounds was brought to Manukan Medicare Community Hospital for medical treatment
while the suspect voluntary surrendered to the responding PNP personnel. Recovered
from the crime scene wasthe one (1) pc. Bronze knifemeasuring 9 inches including

JOSE
DALMAN - Be informed that at about 11:00 o’clock in the morning of March 5,
2017, a concerned citizen informed J. Dalman MPS that there was an abandoned
motorcycle at the National Highway of Manawan, J. Dalman ZN, described as
follows; a. Black/white combination WAVE 100CC, b. Chassis number Y00146230, c.
Defaced engine number, d. With plate number attached, JI
7533. Accordingly, at about 3:00 o’clock in the morning of same date, said MC
was left by unidentified person which was travelling from Sindangan going to
Dipolog city (North direction) but until this time failed to return. Subject
