DALMAN - Be informed that on March 17, 2017, at about 12:45 o’clock in the
afternoon, a vehicular non-traffic accident transpired at Brgy. Tabon Jose
Dalman, ZDN wherein a blue and black color combination Honda XRM with plate
number 8422 JK driven by URBANO LABADLABAD, 35 years old with two back riders
bumped pedestrians. Initial investigation conducted by elements Jose Dalman MPS
led by PO3 Noel SuganobAcojedo disclosed that while the driver of MC with two
(2) back riders ident as GILBERT LABADLABAD, 25 years old and alias “SOBONG” 20
years old all residents of brgyPoblacion, Jose Dalman, ZDN while traveling on
their way home from brgyTabon to BrgyPoblacion all of Jose Dalman, ZDN, and
upon reaching at said place, accidentally bumped a group of pedestrians and
injured four (4) victims identified as: Jake Tamayo, 17years old a resident of
Brgy Tamil; Charlie Lim, 17 years old of
Brgy Tamil; Charlie Sarte, of BrgyManawan and Jan Michael Otod, of
BrgyPoblacion all of Jose Dalman, ZDN. The driver and the victims were brought
to RHU Jose Dalman and forwarded to ZANORTE Medical Hospital for medical
treatment while the MC involve was brought to Jose Dalman MPS for proper

- Flash alarm to look and apprehend the possessor of red Honda XRM 125, without
plate number attached, owned by certain NASSER ABLAN y JALIN, 39 years old,
married and a resident of Barangay Guinles, Polanco, ZN with engine No.
KPY00E175891 and chassis No. KPY 00175812. Said MC was believed to be stolen by
unidentified suspect at more or less 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon of March 17,
2017 while being parked at Polanco Game Club, situated at Barangay Obay,

- Be informed that at about 6:00 o’clock in the evening of March 17, 2017 one ANTHONY
SORIANO TAYONG, male, married, 38 years old, resident of barangay Piao, Pres.
M.A Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte came and reported to Roxas MPS that a cadaver
found along the shoreline of Purok 4, Langatian, Pres. M.A Roxas, Zamboanga Del
Norte. Immediately, elements of Roxas MPS led by PSI EDISON FRANCISCO ALVIAR
(OIC) together with Mr. Rey Daymiel (Roxas Rural Health Unit personnel)
immediately proceeded at said place. Initial investigation disclosed that the
victim believed to be drowned was identified as MARK LESTER BAGUINAT PALACIO,
male, single, 22 years old, resident of Purok 5, Langatian, Pres. M.A Roxas, ZN.
According to victim’s mother that the victim suffered mental illness and
epileptic disease since he was three (3) years old up to present. Prior to the
incident, the victim experienced epileptic attack early in the morning of same
date and left their house at more or less 9:00 o’clock in the morning of same date
without permission from his family. The cadaver of the victim was brought by

CITY - Be informed that on March 17, 2017 at about 5:00 o’clock in the
afternoon, Station Drug Enforcement Team led by PSUPT GLENN M. DULAWAN-OIC
conducted Buy-bust operation at Purok Crusser, Brgy Opao, Dapitan City that
resulted to the arrest of one MIGUELITO PADAONG y ZULUETA, 36 years old, single
and a resident of the aforementioned place. Confiscated from the possession and
control of the suspect were the following: Four (4) pcs heat-sealed transparent
plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; one
(1) pc heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
granules believed to be shabu bought during buy-bust operation; one (1) pc Five
Hundred Peso bill used as buy-bust money with SN Nr. GR645926; one (1) pc Two-Hundred-peso
bill with SN No. DA841512; and one (1) unit Black/White Cherry Mobile Cellphone
with sim card and one (1) pc paper used as wrapper. Inventory and markings of

- Be informed that at about 9:00 o’clock in the morning of March 17, 2017,
elements of Sergio Osmeña MPS and Polanco MPS, conducted joint law enforcement
operation (service of Warrant of Arrest) at San Francisco, Sergio Osmeña,
Zamboanga Del Norte that resulted to the arrest of CHERRIE SUBO, 30, years old,
single, and a resident of Brgy San Francisco, Sergio Osmeña, ZN. Said wanted
person has two (2) pending warrant of arrest for the crime of “QUALIFIED THEFT”docketed
under Criminal Case No. 21449 and 21450 issued by Cherry Joy C. Concha-Ageas
Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 10, Dipolog
City with bail recommended of forty thousand pesos (40,000.00) for each case

Brgy. Poblacion, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur, joint operation conducted by Sindangan
MPS, Tambulig MPS, ZDN-CIDG, ZDS-CIDG and PIB-ZDN led by PSUPT ROLANDO
HERNANDEZ BARRAQUIO- OIC, Sindangan Municipal Police Station together with CIDG
Personnel PCI SAMSON B PASCUAL, SPO2 LadislaoBaliola and SPO2 Rey P Virtudez,
arrested one (1) JULITO ELIS y ABING, 54 years old, married, male, Filipino,
construction worker by occupation and a resident of Brgy. Motibot, Sindangan,
Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Reymar L.
Lacaya, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9 Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan,
Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of “MURDER” docketed in criminal case number

- Be informed that on or about 11:20 o’clock in the evening of March 17, 2017
one ArlyenEjan Cañete, 45 years old, married, resident of Brgy New Barili,
Tampilisan, ZN, requested for police assistance because her husband got wild in
their house and boxed her daughter’s. Immediately team of Tampilisan MPS led by
SPO4 Tomas C Dagondong proceeded at said place to verify he veracity of the
report. Upon arrival, the responding team arrestedthe suspect one JOSELITO LUAB
CAÑETE, 50 years old, husband of the reportee who was believed to be under the
influence of liquor and got wild. Initial investigation conducted disclosed
that the suspect was got drunk and with heated argument with the victims
namely; ArlyenEjan Cañete 45 years old female the wife, RazelEjan Cañete 19
years old, daughter, Sheila Mae Ejan Cañete 23 years old, daughter and AireneEjan
Cañete 27 years old, daughter then the suspect mauled and injured the victims
in the different parts of their body. The suspect was informed of his rightsand
was immediately brought to Liloy District Hospital, Liloy, ZN for medical

- Be informed that at about 10:00 o’clock in the morning of March 18, 2017 PO1
Gil C. Cañero receive an information thru cellular phone call from one GIL
CAPISTRANO LANOY, 57 years old, married and Chief Tanod of Brgy. BulacanSiocon,
ZN that a shooting incident transpired at said place. Immediately, alert team
of SioconMPS led by SPO4 JOSEPH M. NERI-MESPO along with the troops from 3rd
MP, ZNPPSC and 13th SF Coy, PA proceeded to the place of incident to verify the
veracity of report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that victim was
identified as one ESTERLITO DEVELOS y RELAMPAGOSalias “Nonoy”, 51 years old,
married, farmer and a resident of said place who sustained gunshot wound on his
left face and was brought by the responding Team at Siocon District Hospital
but pronounce DOA by attending Physician Dr. Norjan H. Ladja. Investigation
further revealed that at around 8:30 o’clock in the morning of same date, more
or less thirty (30) armed men led by certain Dambulod, Remy Bacolod and Jun-reyBulay-og,
some of them were wearing military uniform surrounded the house of the victim.
According to the witness, the victim was able to returned fire and able to hit
two unidentifiedarmed men. After the
incident suspect fled going to Sitio Dao, Brgy. Makiang, Siocon ZN with their
wounded companion. Motive of the
incident was believed to be personal grudge because the victim was a former
government informant (CI). Recovered from the crime scene were three (3) spent
empty shells of different kinds of unknown caliber and one (1) unfired live
ammunition of unknown caliber. Siocon MPS now conducting hot pursuit operations

- Flash alarm on unit HONDA XRM 125 Motorcycle, color black, with plate number
JF 9048, engine number XRM14E131064, chassis number XRM14131054, 2008 model,
company issued motorcycle, registered in the name of EMILIO A. SALDON of Green
Valley Sbd. Casili, Consolacion, Cebu. Said MC was stolen by unidentified
person while being parked in front of SECC Computer Sales and Services
Incorporated at National Highway of Brgy. Dapaon, Sindangan Zambo. Norte.If

CITY - Be informed that on or about 12:05 o’clock dawn of March 19, 2016
Intelligence Operatives of the Dipolog City Police Station led by PO2 Ernesto
S. Tigon Jr. in coordination with the PDEA-IX conducted a drug buy-bust
operation at Purok Nipa, MinaogDipolog City resulted to the arrest of ROSELITO
SORRONDA y PALER. 37 years old, single, a resident of San Antonio, Polanco ZDN
and KEN JUVEN AGUSTI Y ZABLAN,13 years old, single, a resident of Purok Nipa,
MinaogDipolog City. Confiscated from their possession and control were the
following: One (1) pc. small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, One (1) pc. big
size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
granules believed to be shabu, One (1) pc. small size heat sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu as
buy bust evidence which was earlier bought by the Poseur Buyer from the
suspect, one (1) pc. empty cigarette pack (Winston) served as container of the
shabu and the one (1) pc. Five-hundred-peso bill (Php500) bearing serial no.
CC422997 served as buy bust money. Proper documentation was done at the place
of arrest and were witnessed by Media representative Mr. Edwin A. Bation, and
elected Brgy. Official Hon. Roger Luna. Suspect was temporarily detained at

LILOY
- Be informed that at about 8:00 o’clock in the morning of March 19, 2017, Liloy
MPS received a cellphone call from a concerned citizen that there was a robbery
incident occurred at barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte. Acted on the
report were PNP personnel of Liloy MPS led by SPO2 Edmund C. Sala, together
with PO2 Danilo Banga and PO2 Dennes Alden Piala, immediately responded the
incident and verify the veracity of the report. Upon arrival at the place of
incident, the responding team personally witnessed the Amigo Mobile owned and
manage by RICHELLE T. PATALINGHOGregistered owner and her husband MR LEO GO, 40
years old, married, Chinese National and a resident of Barangay Baybay, Liloy,
Zamboanga del Norte with business permit No. 469 dated February 1, 2017.
Investigation revealed that the said establishment was entered by unidentified
person by destroying the back portion of said establishment and pass through
the ceiling and carted away more or less ninety (90) cellphones in different
brand: Four(4) Oppo, Twelve (12) Samsung, Thirteen (13) My Phones, Thirty (30) Cherry
Mobile, Fourteen (14) Qnet, and Thirteen (13) Phonex. Four (4) Flat screen TV, one
(1) Ace Microphone and more or less Seven (7) Tablets were also taken by said
perpetrator. Incident happened believed to be at dawn and discovered at around
7:30 o’clock in the morning of March 19, 2017. At around 9:30 o’clock in the
morning of same date, said team conducted hot pursuit operation for possible
identification and arrest of the suspect but suspect still unidentified and
nowhere to be found. At around 10:00 o’clock in the morning of same date, responding
team successfully recovered three (3)
flat screen TV which was hide and left in
the garden at the back portion of the Amigo Mobile with a distance of more or
less 20 meters away from said
establishment. Recovered items and other pieces of evidence are now under the
custody of Liloy MPS for proper disposition. Liloy MPS continuously conducting

CITY - Be informed that at about 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon of March 19,
2017 Intel Operative of Dapitan CPS composed of SPO4 Jose Renault Tan-Team
Leader, PO1 Romer Ruiz, PO1 Ronnie Montero, PO1 ReilEbol and the Alert team
lead by PO3 Jose Ventolina proceeded to BrgyTalisay, Dapitan City purposely to
verify the veracity of the report that there was illegal cock fighting
“Tari-tari” transpired at the said place. At about 2:30 o’clock in the
afternoon of same date, the team arrived at the said placeand successfully
arrested five (5) perpetrators, namely: a. Antonio Malana y Adasa, 55 years
old,male, married, a resident of Brgy Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City (bet money
handler “monton”); b. ZosimoBandihon y Barkat, 47 years old, male, married, a
resident of BrgyLinabo,Dapitan City (handler); c. Marvin Pestañas y Garcia, 28
years old, male, married (handler); d. AmalioPestañas y Belingan, 55 years old,
male, married, (organizer/manager); and e. Clarita Pestañas y Garcia, 55 years
old, female, married (entrance/ticket collector), all a resident of BrgyTalisay,
Dapitan City. During the arrest, each handler has one (1) live fighting cock
and one of this has a gaff. Recovered also was the betmoney amounting to One
Thousand Five Hundred (P1,500.00) from the possession of the bet money handler

DALMAN - Be informed that on March 19, 2017 at about 7:00 o’clock in the
evening, AylerPintakBaynosa, 24 years old, single a resident of Sitio Crusher,
Barangay Siparok, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte reported to Jose Dalman MPS
that at around 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon of same date, his father DAMIANO BULAHAN
BAYNOSA, 69 years old, a resident of the above-mentioned place was allegedly
shot inside his residence located at the above mentioned place by a certain FELIX
ARIPAL, married, 70 years old, a resident of Barangay Upper Disakan, Manukan,
Zamboanga Del Norte. The victim sustained gunshot wounds on his body and
immediately brought to Zanorte Medical Center, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del
Norte for treatment. Motive of the incident is believed to be land dispute. Elements

one MARK BRYAN VALLECER y SERATO, 23 years of age, single and a resident of
Purok School Zone, BrgyTurno, Dipolog City reported to Dipolog CPS that at
about 12:20 o’clock dawn of same date, his driven black Racal MC bearing plate
number 070109, with engine number RMC100CEBU00005053 and chassis number
RMC100CEBU00005053 registered under the name of PELAGIO ALABASTROof Manukan,
Zamboanga del Norte was foundmissing while parked outside Tagay Resto Bar
located at Magsaysay St., BrgyMiputak, Dipolog City and believe to be taken by
unidentified person/s. He further added that the ignition key of said
motorcycle can be operated using any kind of key. PNP personnel of Dipolog CPS are
