Indiscriminate Firing Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - An
unidentified person’s onboard Mitsubishi lancer vehicle bearing plate no. KGU
770 fired his unknown caliber of firearm several times along Dipolog City
Boulevard, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:20 AM of
April 19, 2017. immediately, PNP personnel of Dipolog CPS conducted hot pursuit
operation and successfully flagged down the said vehicle which was driven by Kerry
Christian Nicole Bagatua Tapdasan, 21 years old, single and a resident of 497
Amaga Street, Poblacion South, Piñan.
investigation conducted disclosed that while said driver was at Dipolog
City Boulevard, his companion Franz Mikhail Martinez Samonte, 22 years old,
single and a resident of Mabini Street, Barra, Dipolog City, fired his CZ 83
cal.9 browning pistol several times and afterwards they left the area.
Recovered from his possession were the following: one (1) unit 9mm CZ 83
browning pistol inserted with one (1) magazine loaded with three (3)
ammunitions while recovered at the crime scene were four (4) pieces of fired
cartridge cases of Cal .9. Arrested subject person is presently detained at
Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.

of Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Elry Barber Shop,
Brgy Central, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:40 AM of April 19, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Eduardo
Pahayahay Labe, 41 years old, single and a resident of Sto. Nino Village,
Minaog, Dipolog City. He has standing warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Rogelio
D Laguihon, Of RTC, Branch 7, Dipolog City, for violation of sec. 5 (a) of RA 9262
docketed under cc# 21155 dated March 30, 2017 with bail bond recommended
amounted to two thousand pesos (php 2, 000.00). Arrested person was detained at
said police station for proper disposition.

of Dipolog City Police Station and CIDG conducted manhunt operation at Brgy
Galas, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 4:00 PM of April 19, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Martina
Batocael Acoymo, 53 years old, married and a resident of Miputak, Dipolog City.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest dated April 13, 2017, issued by
judge cherry joy c. concha for the crime of violation of article 315
paragraph 2 (a) of the revised penal
code, docketed under cc# 21499 with bail bond recommended amounted to (Php 40,
000.00). Arrested subject person is presently detained Dipolog CPS for proper
disposition.

of Jose Dalman MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Siparok, Jose Dalman,
Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 8:00 AM of
April 19, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Ramel Hoyohoy Denawanao alias “Tata”,
28 years old, single and a resident of said place. subject was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest dated august 23, 2016, issued by Judge Reymar L.
Lacaya Of Br 11, RTC9 – Sindangan, for the crime of attempted murder in rel. to
ra 7610 docketed under cc# s-5397 with bail bond recommended amounted to (Php120,000.00).
Arrested wanted person is presently detained at Jose Dalman MPS for proper
disposition.

KATIPUNAN - Operatives
of Katipunan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Malasay, Katipunan,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:30 am of April 19, 2017. This resulted to the
arrest of Reneboy Enggat Abang, 26 years old, male, and a resident of said
place. Subject was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge
Oscar D. Tomarong of Br 8, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City, for the
crime of rape docketed under cc# 19319 dated January 15, 2015 with no bail bond
recommended. Arrested subject person is presently detained at Katipunan MPS for
proper disposition.
