Accomplishment Report on the Arrest of Escape Prisoner

KATIPUNAN - Be informed that on or about 6:00 o’clock in the morning of March 19, 2017, Intel Operatives of Katipunan MPS received information from BIN that an escapee named JOEY SARIGUMBAwas seen at the Ozamis City.At about 7:30 o’clock in the morning of same date, elements from Katipunan MPS composed of PCI ROBERT ESPARAGOZA AGDA–ACOP, PO3 Arturo R. Borja, PO3 Dioscoro E Ello and PO3 Noel EngcotSuliman together with the Zamboanga Del Norte Correctional and Rehabilitation Center led by PGI JerimeoLomoljoTucio proceeded to the reported place. At about 3:30 o’clock in the afternoon of same date, operating team in coordination with Ozamis City Police Station headed by PCI JOVIE ESPINIDO-COP successfully arrested the escape prisoner identified as Joey I. Accomplishment Report on Campaign Against Illegal Fishing

SINDANGAN - Be informed that at about 11:45 o’clock in the evening of March 19, 2017 Sindangan MPS received a report from a concerned citizen that there was an illegal fishing at the fish sanctuary of BrgyBinuangan, Sindangan, ZN.Immediately, personnel of Sindangan MPS led by SPO1 Christyl S Dorimon together with the Barangay Tanods of said Brgy namely; JAIME TOMARONG SR y BONOCAN and GUILLERMO CASIPONG JR y MOJELIO conducted seaborne patrol along the Municipal Sea water of said Barangay and successfully arrested one EDISON COLEGIO y PONSO, 43 years old, male, Filipino, married and a resident of BaybayDisud, Sindangan, ZN, who was caught in the act fishing illegally at the fish sanctuary. Confiscated from the suspect’s possession and control were the following; one (1) unit motorized pump boat, one (1) goggles, one (1) pair improvised flipper, one (1) flashlight wrapped with cut inner tube, one (1) improvised skewered lead used as weigh down and one (1) improvise arrow. Spot Report on Motor Vehicle Traffic Accident 

TAMPILISAN - Be informed that at about 6:50 o’clock in the morning of March 20, 2017 a motor vehicle traffic accident transpired at the national highway of BrgyCamul, Tampilisan ZN involving three (3) motorcycles, described as follows: a. MC1- red/white Honda XRM 125 MC driven by Leonardo UndalogEcat, 42 years old and resident of Brgy Molos, Tampilisan ZN; b. MC2 – red EURO 150 MC, driven by Regan Fuentes Velez, 28 years old, male, married with back rider his wife Irish Esparagoza Velez both resident ofBrgyAsozano, Titay ZSBGY; and c. MC3 – black Suzuki FJ110 MC, driven by Carlito M Villarmia, 28 years old, male, married and resident of BrgySanito, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that while MC1 was travelling the national highway of Tampilisan in high speedy motion bound for Ipil and upon arrival at the place of accident, suddenly the driver lost control of his driven MC and subsequently fell on the road that was then hit/bumped by MC2 which was also travelling from behind in same direction. Because of the impact, MC2 encroached and swerved to the otherside of the road and suddenly bumped by the incoming MC3 which was also traveling from opposite direction. As a result, all drivers and backrider sustained serious physical injuries in different parts of their bodies. Arrest of Most Wanted Persons (Municipal Level)

LABASON - Be informed that at about 3:30 o’clock in the afternoon of March 20, 2017 joint elements of Labason and Kalawit MPS conducted manhunt operation in brgyLapatan, Labason, ZN and arrested 2 Most Wanted Persons namely: JOLVEN CADIGDIG MANUANG (no. 7 MWP) 31 years old, singleand JONATHAN GOMOBA MANUANG (No. 6 MWp) 56 years old, married and both residents ofBrgyMaing, Kalawit, ZN and temporarily residing at brgyLapatan, Labason, ZN. Subject persons were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Nimfa C. Padao, of 6th MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Labason, ZN for violation of “Sec.78 of PD 705” docketed under Criminal Case no. 3705 dated March 10, 2016 with bail bond recommended amounting to Ten Thousand pesos (Php10,000.00) each for their temporary liberty.
