CITY - Be informed that at around 12:02 o’clock dawn of March 12, 2017Dapitan
CPS responded to a reported accidental firing incident transpired at brgySta
Cruz, Dapitan City. Initial investigation disclosed that the suspect identified
asJOHN HOPE ADRIATICO y DIAZ, 23 years old, male, single and a resident of
BrgyDawo, DapitanCity had a drinking spree together with his friends at Tidoy’s,
Sunset Blvd, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City that later resulted to a heated
argument with another costumer. The suspect went outside and draw his caliber .38
revolver and accidentally pulled the trigger hitting the right arm of a
bystander identified as ELLAN EDGAR ADAZA y GALANIDO, 31 years old, married,
and a resident of Sunset Blvd, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City who was just
seating outside the establishment. The victim was rushed to Dr. Jose Rizal
Memorial Hospital, Dapitan City. Dapitan CPS now conducting pursuit operation

- Be informed that at around 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon of March 11, 2017
Mrs. Aquilina Arizo Balingit came to Polanco MPS and reported that on or about
2:22 o’clock in the afternoon of March 10, 2017, her husband identified as ROGELIO
COMPANYA BALINGIT, 64 years old, male a resident of brgyLapayanbaja, Polanco,
ZN was found dead floating at the river bank of
brgy Villahermosa, Polanco, ZN. Investigation disclosed that at around
10:00 o’clock in the morning of March 9, 2017 her husband went to his routine
daily work as coconut wine collector and will across the river of Brgy. Lapayanbaja
towards the coconut plantation. However, due to the strong water current the
victim was taken and subsequently drowned. Cadaver of the victim now lies at

- Be informed that at about 11:28 o’clock in the morning of March 10, 2017, FRANK
LLOYD PALACA GACO, 21 years old, single
and a resident of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte and temporarily residing at
Angel’s Apartelle came and reported to Dipolog CPS that his one [1] unit Red Honda XRM 110 bearing with Plate No. JI
3520, Engine No. XRM110ME-7100012 and Chassis No. XRM12-058-100012 registered
under the name of Teofilo R. Gaco of above-mentioned address was found missing
and believed to be taken by unidentified person/s while the said motorcycle was
parked outside the Angel’s Apartelle located along Arellano Extension St.,
BrgyMiputak, Dipolog City. Incident was discovered at around 9:30o’clock in the

of Suspect for Alarm and Scandal and Resistance and Disobedient to Agent of Person

PIÑAN
- Be informed that at about 10:20 o’clock in the evening of March 9,
2017personnel of Piñan MPS received a report that one ARNOLD FIGORACION y JUTBA,
27 years old, single and a resident of Brgy.Poblacion, Pinan Z.N.was under the
influence of intoxicating liquor, got wild, threatening and shouting scandalous
words that caused alarmed to the populace at said place. Immediately, PNP
personnel of Piñan MPSled by PO2 EmeeRabayaMoncedaproceeded to the area and upon
arrival, the responding team approached the suspect and ordered him to calm
down, but the suspect resisted andinstead of obeying, the latter punched the
patrol car (Toyota Innova) several times which prompted the team to arrest the
suspect. Arrested suspect was brought and now detained at Pinan MPS for proper

- Be informed that at about 8:13 o’clock in the morning of March 10, 2017 one JAIME
CAPINIG MISARIO, a Barangay Chairman of Barangay Lapayanbaja, Polanco, ZN
reported to Polanco MPS that on March 9, 2017 at more or less 10:00 o’clock in
the morning one ROGELIO BALINGITof legal age and a resident of the
abovementioned place crossed the river of Barangay Lapayanbaja and was carried
by a strong flow of water due to heavy rains. Said person failed to go home as

Arrest of Wanted Person
SIAYAN - Operatives
of Siayan MPS led by Police Inspector Dominador M. Dalion conducted manhunt
operation at Sitio Pase, Barangay Moyo, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:00 AM of March 12, 2017. This resulted
to the arrest of Ronnie Asanon Ondol, 27 years old, married, male, farmer by
occupation and a resident of Barangay Balok, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject
was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Reymar L. Lacaya,
Presiding Judge RTC Branch 11 Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte docketed under cc#
s-5496 dated February 16, 2017 for the crime of rape in relation to RA 7610
with no bail bond recommended. Arrested subject person is presently detained at
Siayan MPS for proper disposition.
Attempted Murder Suspect Arrested
DIPOLOG CITY - Combined
operatives of Manukan MPS, Dipolog City Police Station and CIDG conducted joint
manhunt operation at Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City at about 4:00 PM of March
12, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Christopher Lirasan Entoy, 16 years
old, single, farmer resident of Barangay Saluyong, Manukan. He was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon, Presiding Judge
of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City for the crime of attempted
murder issued on February 16, 2017 docketed in cc no. 21408 with bail bond
recommended amounting to one hundred twenty thousand pesos (php. 120,000.00). He
was brought and temporarily detained at Manukan MPS for proper disposition.
Campaign Against Illegal Logging
POLANCO
- Be informed that at about 2:20 o’clock in the afternoon of March 9, 2017,
personnel of ZN Philippine Coconut Authority informed Polanco MPS and
requesting for Police assistance regarding the illegal cutting of coconut trees
in Brgy San Miguel, Polanco, ZN. Immediately PNP team of said station led by
PCI ALEJANDRO TIBA TRABADILLO - OIC provided Police assistance with the PCA
personnel and successfully intercepted one (1) unit six-wheeler truck loaded
with twenty-three (23) fletches of coco lumber without legal documents
presented by the driver identified as RICO P. GONZALES, 40 years old and a
resident of Barangay Lingasad, Polanco, ZN.
Intercepted truck and its load was brought and impounded to Polanco MPS
for proper disposition.Estimated volume of intercepted lumber is 276 bd. Ft.
with estimated amount of Three thousand three hundred twelve pesos (Php

2017, personnel of J. Dalman MPS led by PCI VERGIL BRUCE DACION DARIO – OIC
conducted manhunt operation at SitoPayagan, Brgy. Litalip, Jose Dalman, ZN and
successfully arrested one RUEL TOMAMBOS GUMATE, 32 years old, single, farmer
and a resident of said place.Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest
issued by Judge NIMFA B. CARREON-PADAO of MCTC, Sindangan Z.N.dated February 27,
2017.for the crime of three (3) counts of“THEFT” docketed in criminal case
numbers 12767, 12768 and 12769 with bail bond fixed at Ten Thousand Pesos

Dipolog City and successfully arrested one JHON NORBERT ABRINICA SUMIWAN, aka
JANOVER ABRINICA SUMIWAN, 29 years old, single, laborer resident of Brgy. Don
Jose Aguirre, Manukan, ZN.Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest
issued by Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon of RTC – 9th Judicial Region, Br 7, Dipolog
City for the crime of “ACTS OF LASCIVIOUSNESS in relation to R.A 7610” dated
February 27, 2017 docketed in Criminal Case No. 21447, with Bail bond amounting

of RTC, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 15, Ozamis City dated February 27, 2017

- Be informed that at about 12:08 o’clock dawn of March 12, 2017 Liloy MPS
Municipal Drug Enforcement Team led by PO3 Michael Su conducted drug Buy-Bust operationat brgy Fatima, Liloy,
ZN that resulted to the arrest of two (2) persons identified as; DATOC DOROYA y
TAMPIPI, male, 24 years old, single, Habal-Habal driver and a resident of
PurokMatinabangon, PoblacionMalangas, ZSBGY and RONALD CAMAÑO y MAKIPOTIN, male,
30 years old, single, jobless and a resident of Barangay Upper Sulitan, Naga, ZSBGY.
Confiscated items were; one (1) small sachet believed to be SHABU as buy busy
evidence, (2) pcs big sachet believed to be SHABU, two (2) pcs cut rolled
aluminum foil, two (2) packs of empty small sachet serve as container of SHABU,
one (1) back pack, one (1) pc improvise tooter,one (1) pc improvised scrapper,
two (2) pcs of one hundred peso bill bearing serial numbers FV658810 and
FW174799 served as mark money, cash money worth ninety-six pesos (P96.00), one
(1) unit motorcycle XRM color red and white combination and one (1) pc green
Tupperware, serve as containerof SHABU and other paraphernalia’s.The inventory
of items was conducted in the presence of Hon. Jerry Managase and
