Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation
DIPOLOG CITY - PNP
elements of Dipolog CPS conducted drug buy-bust operation at Gen. Luna Street,
Corner Del Pilar Street, Barangay Estaka, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 12:25 AM on March 23; 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Joelito Bag-aw
Lood, Mark Anthony Pido Villahermoso and Lea Lactuan Noble. Confiscated from
their possession were: one (1) big heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing shabu, two (2) medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing shabu, one (1) small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing shabu, 500 peso bill, and three (3)Cell phones. Arrested suspects
are presently detained at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.

SINDANGAN - Operatives
of Sindangan MPS and PDEA conducted buy bust operation at Barangay Siari,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:56 AM of March 24, 2017. This resulted
to the arrest of JoffreyMartizano Amis, 32 years old, male, single a resident
of said place and a drug surrenderer last December 15, 2016. Confiscated from
his possession were; Nine (9) pcs small sachet believed to be shabu; One (1) pc
small sachet believed to be shabu as (buy bust); One (1) pc Five hundred (P500.00)
peso bill as marked money bearing serial number WU373513, One (1) unit Globe
Tattoo Pocket Wifi; One (1) unit Samsung Duos Cellular Phone color Tan/Black;
One (1) unit Samsung Charger color black; One (1) unit Samsung Headset color
white; One (1) pc Loreal empty container with true match; Six (6) pcs small cut
aluminum foil and One (1) pc checkered handkerchief. Arrested subject person is
presently detained at Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.

LEON POSTIGO - Operatives
of Leon Postigo MPS and PDEA conducted drug buy bust operation at Barangay Bogabongan,
Leon Postigo, Zamboanga del Norte 5:45 PM of March 24, 2017. This resulted to
the arrest of Dominador Laure Acero, 52 years old, male, single a resident of
brgyBogabongan, Leon B. Postigo, ZN. Confiscated from his possession; One(1) pc
small sachet believed to be shabu (buybust evidence); Four(4) pcs small sachet
believed to be shabu; Three (3) pcs One Hundred Peso bill, two of which are
buy-bust money with serial numbers SF 410172, LV 300746 and LW 462888, Three
(3) peso coins, One (1) pc Orange disposable Lighter. Arrested subject person
is presently detained at Leon Postigo MPS for proper disposition.

LILOY - Operatives
of Liloy MPS and PDEA conducted drug buy bust operation at brgy. Lamao, Liloy,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:15 PM of March 24, 2017. This resulted to the
arrest of Efren Paler Cerojales (Street Level Target), male, married, 49 years
old, jobless, a resident of brgy said place. Confiscated from his possession;
One (1) pc small sachet believed to be SHABU (buy bust evidence); One (1) pc
small sachet believed to be SHABU, One (1) unit cellular phone brand Cherry
Mobile; Three (3) pcs One Hundred peso bill bearing serial nos. AG119693,
TP008301, KV124618 (marked money); One (1) Ten Peso coin and One (1) pc candy
wrapper brand “Blast menthol” served as container. Arrested subject person is
presently detained at Liloy MPS for proper disposition.

DAPITAN CITY - Operatives
of Dapitan CPS conducted manhunt operation at BrgySta Cruz, Dapitan City,
Zamboanga Del Norte 2:30PM of March 24, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Allan
DumalayBongcawel, 52 years old, married, male with postal address of
brgyTipolo, Plaridel, Misamis Occidental and temporarily resident of Brgy.
Dawo, Dapitan City charged for the crime of Frustrated Murder docketed under CC
Nr 1470 issued by Presiding Judge Roy P. Murallon of Branch 36, RTC 10, Calamba, Misamis Occidental dated
February 16, 2017 with bail recommended amounted to Two Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P200,000.00). Arrested subject person is presently detained at Dapitan CPS for
proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted

DIPOLOG CITY - Combined elements of Dipolog CPS, Polanco MPS and
Dumingag MPS, conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Caridad, Dumingag,
Zamboanga del Sur at about 1:00 PM of March 24, 2017. This resulted to the
arrest of UniloMercadalSigayo, 46 years old, male, married a resident of brgy Conacon,
Polanco, charged for the crime of Robbery docketed under CC Nr. 19008 issued by
Hon. Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC, Branch 8, Dipolog City dated January 16, 2015 with bail amounting of (PHP100,000.00). Likewise, for violation of
sec. 28 PAR (A) OF RA 10591 docketed under CC Nr. 18885, and for Attempted
Murder docketed under CC Nr. 18886, with bail of (PHP120,000.00) both issued by
Hon. Judge Jose Rene G. Dondoyano of RTC, Br. 6, Dipolog City dated December 19, 2014. Arrested subject person is
presently confined at ZANORTE Medical Center, Dipolog City due to a gunshot
wound on his neck that the suspect tried to escape from the arresting team.
