Ransack Incident
RIZAL - A cell phone
repair shop owned by Ignacio Mutia Pagente, 28 years old, male, married, cell
phone technician situated at Barangay South Mapang, Rizal, Zamboanga Del Norte was
ransacked/robbed by unidentified suspects at about 3:00 AM of March 14, 2017. The
suspects on the incident were identified later as: Shane Niño Lara Cadungog,
male, 15 years old, a resident of South Mapang, Rizal, Jefferson Lagod Maghuyop,
male, 15 years old and a resident of South Mapang, Rizal, Neilboy Cenas
Pagasian, male, 15 years old, and a resident of South Mapang, Rizal, Harold
Floren Barros, male, 17 years old, and a resident of South Mapang, Rizal, and Kent
Delijero Quezon, male, 15 years old, and a resident of South Mapang, Rizal. The
Rizal MPS conducted hot pursuit operation and successfully arrested the
above-mentioned person. Confiscated from their possessions were the following
to wit: one (1) unit white tablet; one (1)
unit white phone 4; one (1) unit
black torque; one (1) unit black my
phone; one (1) unit white Lenovo; one
(1) unit white bs-mobile; one (1) unit white cherry mobile thunder; and three
(3) pieces cell phone batteries. Arrested suspects are now in the custody of Rizal

B. POSTIGO - Be informed that at about 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon of March
14, 2017, PNP team of Leon B Postigo MPS led by PCI ROLDAN C MOLATE-OIC successfully
arrested one ROGELIO QUEZON y VAILOCES, 53 years old, Filipino, married and a
resident of Barangay Manil, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga del Norte. The said
wanted person was under the target acquisition of Leon B Postigo MPS and
wasarrested in his residence by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding
Judge Nimfa B. Padao of MCTC Sindangan, ZNdated February 27, 2017 for “ACTS OF
LASCIVIOUSNESS” docketed under criminal case number 12756 with bail bond
recommended fixed at Twelve Thousand Pesos (P12,000.00). Arrested person is now
detained at Leon B Postigo MPS Detention Cell. For information.

- Be informed that on or about 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon of March 14, 2017
Task Force Manhunt/Trackers Team of Baliguian MPS led by PI CLARK GOLE
BACOLOD-OIC conducted law enforcement operation (service of warrant of arrest)
at Brgy Diculom, Baliguian ZN that led to the arrest of JAY-AR MUYAG y TALAID,
32 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Diculom, Baliguian ZN. Said
person was arrested at his residence, by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by
Presiding Judge Laarni N Dajaoof RTC9, Branch 27, Siocon, ZN February 8, 2017
for the crimes of “SERIOUS PHYSICAL
INJURY” and viol. of sec. 79 of PD 705”with Criminal Case Nos. 2017-02-0(1422)
and 2017-02-03(1424) with bailbond recommended fixed at Twelve Thousand Pesos
(P12,000.00). Arrested person is now detained at Baliguian MPS Detention Cell.

DAPITAN
CITY - Be informed that on March 14, 2017 at about 4:00 o’clock in the
afternoon, PNP personnel of Dapitan CPS composed of SPO1 Aldwin Tagbac, PO3
Julius Pelusas,PO3 Jay Macapañas, PO1 Ronnie Montro, PO1 Reil Ebol, and PO1
Romer conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Lapuyan, Brgy Aseniero, Dapitan City
and thru the BIN of said place, the team successfully arrested one EDGAR DAGPIN
y OBORDO, listed in the Weekly Target Acquisition of Wanted Persons of Dapitan
CPS, 35 years old, male, single and a resident of above-mentioned place.
Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge
Chandler O. Ruiz of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 10,Dipolog City dated
December 17, 2010 for the crime of “QUALIFIED THEFT OF COCONUT” docketed under
CC No. 16292 with bail bond recommended amounting to Twenty-Four Thousand Pesos
(P24,000.00). Subject person is now detained at Dapitan CPS for proper

Arrest of Suspects
on Cellphone Snatching
SIOCON
- Be informed that at about 9:50 o’clock in the evening of March 14, 2015 one ARNEL
B. AWID, 12 years old, Grade Six Pupil came to Siocon MPS and reported that his
cellular phone was forcibly taken by two unidentified suspects while he was at
the Municipal Plaza situated at Brgy. Poblacion, Siocon ZDN. Immediately, PNP
personnel of Siocon MPS led PCI JOSEPH R MAULAD-OIC together with SPO2 Edwardo
P. Calasang, PO3 Hasbi L. Sailela, PO2 Jannie L. Magdua, PO1 Paul Oliver M.
Tomboc and PO1 Armalito Magumcia conducted hot pursuit operation that resulted the arrest of two (2) suspects at Sitio Bliss, Brgy.
Poblacion, Siocon, ZN. The said suspects were identified later as MERJAN
TIKALAH y SALAHUDDIN,24 years old, single, jobless and certain RACIEL LAUDIN y
BAJO, 27 years old, single, jobless and both residents of Brgy. S. Arabi,
Siocon ZN. The suspects were brought to Siocon District Hospital for medical
examination and further brought to Siocon MPS for proper disposition. The
cellular phone which was recovered from the possession of the suspects was deposited
to Siocon MPS for court exhibit. For information.
