Arrest of Wanted Person
SIAYAN - Operatives
of Siayan MPS conducted police operation at Barangay Balunokan, Siayan,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:50 PM of March 13, 2017. Arrested was Rogelio
Penaso Kilat, 50 years old, married, farmer a resident of said place. He was
arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery issued by Hon.
Arturo M. Paculanang, Presiding Judge Of RTC Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga
Del Norte docketed under criminal case number s-4106 dated April 14, 2008 with bail
bond recommended of one hundred thousand (₱100,000.00) pesos for his temporary
liberty. The suspect temporarily detained at Siayan MPS for proper disposition.
