Vehicular Traffic Accident
LA LIBERTAD - Vehicular
accident that transpired in Mauswagon, La Libertad, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 7:30 PM on March 8, 2017. Wherein two (2) motorcycles were involved in
said accident. the first vehicle, a blue and white Honda XRM 125 motorcycle
with no plate number, driven by Rugin Bernardo Ozarraga, 33 years old, married
resident of Poblacion, La Libertad, ccidentally hit the rear of a black and white
Honda XRM 125 motorcycle bearing plate number 7687jh driven by Daryl Paul Mamac
Oro, male, 25 years old, married, resident of Mauswagon, La Libertad with his
back rider identified as Angelica Campillo Mamac, 18 years old, single,
resident of Sta. Catalina, La Libertad. As a result, the driver and the back
rider of the second vehicle sustained injuries and were brought to Zamboanga
Del Norte Medical Center. The vehicles involved were brought to La Libertad MPS
for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person
DIPOLOG CITY - Intel
operatives of Dipolog CPS and Baliangao MPS, conducted a joint manhunt
operation at c-Park Bar, Purok 6, Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 11:48 PM on March 8, 2017. This
resulted in the arrest of Jeric Obina, 25 years old, single, resident of Purok
3, Brgy Southern Poblacion, Baliangao, Misamis Occidental. This is due to a case of attempted rape in relation to R.A.
7610 docketed under criminal case no.
1427 dated February 16, 2017 issued by Acting Presiding Judge Roy P. Murallon of
RTC 10, Branch 36, Calamba, Misamis Oriental. The arrested subject person is
presently detained in Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
Anti- illegal Drugs Operation
POLANCO - Operatives
of Polanco MPS and PDEA conducted a drug buy-bust operation at Poblacion North,
Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:20 AM on
March 8, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Roberto Rendora Benitez, 52 years
old, married, farmer, resident of Barangay Sto. Nino, Polanco. The suspect
previously surrendered as a drug user on December 11, 2016 during the oplan
tokhang operation by said MPS. four (4) pcs heat-sealed plastic transparent
sachet containing shabu and one (1) heat-sealed plastic transparent sachet with
the same substance (buy-bust), one (1) pc 500 peso bill marked money, php
8,692.50 cash in different denominations, one (1) pc red pouch and one (1)
unit Samsung j5 were confiscated from
the suspect. The operation and inventory of the items were witnessed by barangay
Kagawad Phil Alec O Go, And Media Representatives from Net 25 Composed of
Stifany a Alvarado and Elmie D Ello. The suspect was brought to Polanco MPS for
filing of appropriate charges in court.
