Campaign Against Illegal Gambling (Tari-tari) in rel to SEMPO
Rizal MPS/1st ZNPMFC- Be informed that at about 1:30PM of April 25, 2021, PNP personnel Rizal MPS composed of PSSg Randy Asuncion, PSSg Jomer Gabonada, PCpl Lionel Balladares together with personnel from 1st ZNPMFC 2nd FOB Platoon, composed of PCpl John Nobber Gelizon and PCpl Salvador Tagapan conducted joint anti-illegal gambling operation (tari-tari) at Purok 3, Upper Sipaon, Rizal ZDN that resulted to the arrest of Zaldy Mayonela Dompor, 58 years old (DOB- February 9, 1963), married, farmer, not a 4Ps/SAP member and a resident of Brgy Sinaad, Sapang Dalaga, Missamis Occidental served as gaffer while the coyme/referee and other bettors managed to evade during the arrest. Confiscated items were Four(4) fighting cocks (3 alive, & 1 dead); 2 fighting cocks with gaff; 8 pcs gaff knives with accessories; and cash amounting to P600.00 pesos as bet money. Arrested suspect is now detained at Rizal MPS for proper disposition prior filling of complaint in court.

Roxas MPS- Be informed that at about 2:30PM of Apr 25, 2021, PNP personnel of Roxas MPS composed of PCMS Richard C Suasula-Team Leader, PCpl Rezin S Lugo, PCpl Gethro V Santander, PCpl Mervin D Jalosjos, PCpl Rene A Kilat and Pat Leslie Ryan O Dangase conducted anti-illegal gambling operation at Purok 5, Brgy Piñamar, Roxas, Zambo Norte that resulted to the arrest of two violators, namely: Jhonry Sumalpong Sumile, 40 years old, male, single and a resident of Brgy Galas, Dipolog City and Carlo Milion Sanoy, 25 years old, male, married and a resident of Brgy Lower Irasan, Roxas, Zambo Norte after being caught in the act involved in illegal cockfighting activity while other suspects managed to escape from the operating team. Confiscated were two fighting cocks, one cockfighting gaff, and bet money amounting to P620.00. Arrested suspects are now under the custody of Roxas MPS for documentation and filing of appropriate case.

Dapitan CPS- Be informed that at about 2:30 PM of April 25, 2021, PNP personnel of
Dapitan CPS led by PSSg Ronie N Montero conducted Intel driven operation
against Illegal Gambling locally known as “Mahjong” at Sitio Bacaran, Purok
Palay, Brgy Maria Cristina, Dapitan City that resulted to the arrest of four
(4) suspects, namely: Eric Empremiado Icao, 41 years old,
male, married, 4P’s member and SAP recipient, Rene Bagalanon Abubutal, 24 years old, male, single, Cristine Jamarolin Sagaral, 35 years
old, female, married, 4P’s member and SAP recipient and Resty Cagandahan Socobos, 47 years old, male, married, and all are
resident of Sitio Bacaran, Purok Palay, Brgy Maria Cristina, Dapitan City.Confiscated
during the operation were: One (1) set mahjong tiles, one (1) mahjong table,
one (1) set mahjong pad, two (2) Mahjong dice and bet money amounting to
P505.00, in different denomination.The four arrested suspects are now under the
custody of Dapitan CPS for filing of appropriate charges in court.

Labason MPS- Be informed that
at about 5:20 PM of April 25, 2021, PNP personnel of Labason MPS composed of
PSSG Garry Burdago, PCpl Renato Digamon and PCpl Jun Rey Cabading, conducted
Anti-Illegal Cockfighting Operation at Purok 1, Brgy Bobongan, Labason, ZN that
resulted to the arrest of James Amora Duroya, male, 34years old (May 3, 1986),
married, driver and a resident of Purok 7, Brgy Malintuboan, Labason, ZN while
other suspect managed to evade arrest. Confiscated
during the said operation were one red fighting cock with gaff and bet money
amounting P400.00. The arrested suspect is now in the police custody of Labason
MPS for proper disposition and for filing of appropriate charges in court.
Vehicular Incident
Jose Dalman MPS- Be informed that at about 6:35PM of April 25, 2021, Jose Dalman MPS received information that allegedly, a vehicular incident transpired particularly in the curved portion along national highway of Barangay Siparok, Jose Dalman, ZN.Immediately PNP personnel of Jose Dalman MPS led by PMSg Wynner T Siling responded the reported incident.Initial investigation conducted by PMSg Wynner T Siling – IOC disclosed that at about 6:30PMof same date, one (1) black Crypton MC, with plate number JG 4497 and driven Concordio Catubig Gerzon, 55years old, married, jobless and a resident of Brgy San Antonio, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte was travelling from Manukan bound to Jose Dalman both Zamboanga del Norte and upon reaching at the place of incident the said driver loses control his driven motorcycle and incidentally hit into the white Toyota INNOVA with plate number VFT 271, owned and registered under the name of Mrs Nurhina A Latip and driven by Hesham Sarakil Latip, 28 years old, married, driver by occupation and a resident of Brgy Sta Barbara, Zamboanga City. As a result, driver of MC crushed into the road and sustained injuries in different parts of their body. Both vehicles were incurred damages. The said driver of MC was brought to Manukan Medicare by the responding Jose Dalman RHU personnel for medical treatment and forwarded to ZANORTE Medical Center while the driver of Toyota Innoca is now under the custody of Jose Dalman MPS as well as the vehicles involved.

Baliangao MPS led by PLT Cepriano A Baron and Oroquieta City MPP/Ozamiz MARPSTA
and Intel operative of HRMU 10 together with ZDN MARPSTA, PHPT Mis. Occ conducted joint intel driven opn thru service
of warrant at Sitio Cabgan, Brgy Punta Miray, Baliangao, Misamis Occidental and
arrested Reynaldo Quitoriano Valdezo, 43 years old, single, fisherman and a
resident of Purok 2, Brgy Naburo Occidental by virtue of WOA for viol of RA
8550 as amended by RA 10654 docketed under CC No. 12285 issued by Judge NIMFA
B. CARREON-PADAO, MCTC Sindangan, ZN dtd Jan 20, 2014 with bail bond fixed at
P12,000.00.The arrested wanted person was brought to Oroquieta City Maritime
Police Office for proper disposition prior turn over to the issuing Court.
Arrest of Suspect for Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in
Authority
Dapitan CPS- Be informed at about 12:00AM of April 26, 2021, personnel of Dapitan
CPS led by PSSg Jose Giovane Cabugnason brought to Dapitan CPS the living body
of one Lindon Asag Jatico, 28 years
old, male, single, a resident of Dawo, Dapitan City for Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority.
Investigation conducted disclosed that at about 12:00AM of same date, the above
personnel were conducting mobile patrol in Brgy Dawo, Dapitan City, enforcing
the minimum health standard measures on Modified General Community Quarantine,
said team accosted the above suspect for not wearing facemask, but the suspect
believed to be under the influence of liquor got mad and insulted the said
police officers.Suspect was arrested and now under the custody of DAPITAN cpd
for filing of appropriate charges in court.

Baliguian MPS- Be informed that at about 12:30 AM, April 26, 2021, PNP elements of
Baliguian MPS led by PLT ARNEL M NERI-OIC together with 905th MC RMFB9 led by
PLT JENNIFER E BUCO(Led Unit), 2nd ZNPMFC led by PLT GRETEL T GAHUMAN, Siocon
MPS led by PMAJ EDISON F ALVIAR conducted an Intel driven law enforcement
operation thru service of warrant at Brgy. Sta. Maria, Siocon, ZN that resulted
to the arrest of Abdulhalim Wahid Ismael,
38years old, male, married and a resident of Barangay Nonoyan, Baliguian, ZN
for violation of Sec. 77 of P.D. 705 docketed in criminal case number
2019-09-02(1844) issued by Presiding Judge Laarni Dajao of RTC,9th Judicial
Region, Branch 27, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte dated September 9 2019 with bail
bond recommended fixed at P40,000.00. Subject person is now in the custody of
Balguian MPS for proper disposition.

at 1:30 AM of April 26, 2021, Manukan MPS tracker team composed of PSSg Nelbert
Atsoy Martinez/Intel PNCO/TL, PSSg Julip Alima Sumiwan- Warrant Server and PSSg
Marcgil P. Mariño/ Intel Operative conducted
Intel driven operation thru service of warrant at Sitio Manonggol, Brgy.
Dipame, Manukan, ZDN that resulted to Laureto Dacula Sumipat, 63yo, male,
married, farmer and resident of Sitio Manonggol, Brgy. Dipane, Manukan, ZN by
virtue of three warrants of arrest for the crime of Attempted RPC Art
246(Parricide) docketed under CC No 22021; RA. 9262-Anti-VAWC, docketed under
CC No. 22022; and RA 9262-Anti-VAWC, docketed under CC No 22023. The three
warrants were all issued by Acting Presiding Judge Jose Rene Gallemit Dondoyano
of RTC,9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, ZDN dated April 22, 2021,
without bail bond recommended. The arrested person is now in the custody of
Manukan MPS for proper disposition.

Sindangan MPS- Be informed that at about 1:05AM of April 26, 2021, Intel operatives of Sindangan MPS led by PCMS John Henrick Ferolino- Intel PNCO conducted anti-illegal gambling operation at Nipaan, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Jaime Jimenez Erosido, 53 years old, male, married, resident of Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte, mango dicer; Marciano Rada Ballar, 4Ps beneficiaries, 53 years old, male, widow, farmer, resident of Siari, Sindangan, ZN and Everlita Murro Bulado, 4Ps beneficiaries, 52 years old, female, married, jobless, resident of Siari, Sindangan, ZN who were caught in the act playing illegal card game (tong-its). Confiscated items were 1 set playing cards and 925.00 bet money. The three suspects are now in the custody of Sindangan MPS.
