- Be informed that Mutia MPS received an information from Eye In the Barangay
(EIB) and Barangay Information Network (BIN) that a wanted person was sighted
at Barangay Santo Tomas, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte. Immediately elements of
Mutia MPS led by PI JEFFERSON P. ARELLANO proceeded to Barangay Sto. Tomas,
Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte and conducted manhunt operation in relation to OTBT
and at about 7:00 o’clock in the morning of March 22, 2017 successfully
arrested ALFIE GOMITON y ACOYMO,31 years old,
Filipino, male, with live-in partner, farmer and a resident of Barangay
Santo Tomas, Mutia, ZDN by virtue of warrant of arrest for the Crime of “UNJUST
VEXATION” docketed under criminal case number 15640 issued by Hon. Rogelio D.
Laquihon, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 7, Dipolog City, with the recommended
bail bond of Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Arrested

Stabbing Incident
DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that on or about 6:30 o’clock in the evening of March 21,
2017, spouses TEODORO CARABUENA y NAVARRO, 54 years old, married and NELITA
CARABUENA, 56 years old, married, with postal address at Padre Ramon St.,
Estaka, Dipolog City while waiting outside the residence of LUCENA MALACATfor
some personal purpose and later certain BELLA MALACATcame outside armed with a
knife and with no apparent reasons stabbed them but failed to hit which
prompted the victims to immediately reported to Dipolog CPS. Immediately
responding team of Dipolog CPS led by SPO2 Edrin Aquino arrested Bella Malacat
and temporarily detained at said station while a case for attempted homicide was
being filed in court against the suspect. For information.

- Be informed that Siayan MPS received a report from Eye In the Barangay (EIB)
that a wanted person was sighted at said barangay. That on or about 9:00 o’clock
in the morning of March 22, 2017 elements of Siayan MPS led by PI DOMINADOR
MALOLOY-ON DALION-DCOP successfully arrested at his residence one MarloSangcaon
y Tison, 37 years old, married, male, Filipino, farmer and a resident of
SitioBigaan of Barangay Balunokan, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Reymar L. Lacaya, presiding Judge RTC branch
11 Sindangan, ZN docketed under Criminal Case Number S-5498 dated February 16,
2017 for the crime of “MURDER” with no
BAIL recommended. Arrested suspect was immediately brought to Siayan Diagnostic

Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI
- Be informed that at about 5:05 o’clock in the afternoon of March 22, 2017, Mrs
Marissa Obnimaga Luna, 44 years old, married, a resident of Barangay Saint
Marry, Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte came and reported to Sirawai MPS that a
shooting incident transpired at Barangay Sirawai Proper, Sirawai, ZDN.
Immediately, elements of Sirawai MPS led by SPO2 Joel R Canlas together with 42nd
IB PA led by 2Lt Leo Gaitera responded the said report. Initial investigation
conducted disclosed that at about 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon of March 22,
2017, a shooting incident transpired at the Manggo Plantation Hacienda located
at Barangay Sirawai Proper, Sirawai, ZDN wherein the victim was identified as ROMEO
LUNA y PANONG, 60 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Brgy Saint
Marry, Sirawai, ZDN who was shot by unidentified perpetrator with the used of
Cal. 45 based on the recovered empty shell at the crime scene. Further
investigation revealed that while the victim together with his wife on their
way home from their coconut farm then two (2) unidentified suspect shot the
victim hitting on the different parts of his body while his wife run away and
immediately reported to Sirawai MPS. After the incident, the suspect fled to
unknown direction. Recovered at the crime scene: Four (4) empty shell of cal.
45. Which are now deposited at Sirawai MPS for court exhibit. The victim was
immediately brought to Rural Health Unit but was declared DOA by his attending

SIOCON
- e informed that at about 11:55 o’clock in the morning of March 22, 2017,
Municipal Drug Enforcement Team (MDET) of Siocon MPS led by PCI JOSE REALES
MAULAD – COP together with PDEA ZANORTE immediately dispatched and conducted
anti-illegal drugs buy bust operation at Brgy. Suhaile Arabi, Siocon, ZDN and
successfully arrested the suspects: RASUL LUMONGCAL BANGUIH alias “Nonong”, 33
years old, married, jobless, linked member of defunks “Banguih Drug Group”.
During the arrest, the team also arrested three (3) other individuals who were
present inside the house identified as: RASHID PASCUAL y MUSADDIN,31 years old,
married, fisherman and a resident of Kalayaan Island, Brgy. Suhaile Arabi,
Siocon, ZDN; ARABI LUMONGCAL y MALATE, 50 years old, married, gapper of
BrgyPiacan, Sirawai, ZDN and ALSADIK SUMAHAJI y BANGUIH, 18 years old, single,
farmer and a resident of BrgySuhaile Arabi, Siocon, ZDN and confiscated from
his possession and control are two (2) pieces small heat sealed transparent
plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be “SHABU”. Recovered
and confiscated from the possession and control of RASUL LUMONGCAL BANGUIH
alias “Nonong” were the following: a.) One (1) piece of sachet made of
cardboard covered with scotch tape containing inside of it are six (6) pieces
of small heat sealed transparentplastic sachet containing white crystalline
granules believed to be “SHABU” which then marked as RLB-03 to RLB-08; one (1) piece large size of heat sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be
“SHABU” which then marked as RLB-09; one (1) piece cut/ crumpled strip foil;
three (3) pieces empty heat sealed transparent plastic sachet; one (1) piece
color green cut soft drinks straw served as improvised scoop with residue believedto be “SHABU”. b.) One (1) unit
cellular phone NOKIA C3-00 with violet cover with “SIM” and battery inserted. c.)
One (1) piece small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline granules believed to be “SHABU” (Buy Bust Evidence which Marked as
RLB-02) d.) One (1) piece small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline granules believed to be “SHABU” (Test buy Evidence
which Marked as RLB-01) The inventory and markings of seized items were
conducted in the presence of the suspects, arresting officers, Brgy. Kagawad
JeffersonS. Arabi and Lacaya M. Isnain and Mr. Julius Leo C. Montalbo -Media
Representative from DXJL News FM. The Five hundred pesos’ bill (₱500.00) with
Serial Number RX812441 as Buy Bust Money was not recovered due to some
circumstances that suspect “NONONG BANGUIH” able to give it to the child to buy
load prior to the transaction. The estimated total street value confiscated is
₱10,000.00. The suspects were properly informed their Constitutional rights and
subsequently brought to Siocon District Hospital for medical and physical
examination while confiscated drugs was turn over to ZN-Crime Laboratory for
examination while arrested suspect now temporarily detain at Siocon MPS for the

LABASON
- Be informed that at about 5:30 o’clock in the afternoon of March 22, 2017
Labason MPS led by PSINSP SERGIO ROMAGUERA BIHAG, OIC conducted drug buy-bust
operation in coordination with the PDEA at BrgyMalintuboan, ZDN that resulted
to the arrest of one ANTONIO SADDAL TAGHAP, 35 years old, single (Gay) and a
resident of BrgyMalintuboan, Labason, Zambo Norte. Subject was arrested at his
residence after the pusher buyer deal with and received drugs from the subject.
Recovered from the possession of the suspect are the following items to wit: a.
One (1) pc heat sealed transparent sachet containing white crystalline
substance believed to be shabu; b) Three (3) pcs heat sealed small transparent
sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu; c) Two (2)
pcs buy bust money One Hundred Peso bill with serial no. QZ257522 and One Fifty
Pesos bill with serial no. BV251681; d) Money amounting of Three Hundred
Seventy pesos (Php370.00) in different denomination; e) One (1) pc Blue/Black
Myphone Cell phone; f) One (1) pc Match case (red); and g) One (1) pc

GUTALAC
- Be informed that at about 9:00 o’clock in the evening of March 22, 2017,
Municipal Station Drug Enforcement Team (MDET) of Gutalac MPS led by PCI KHISNA
BAGIS ASAALI, OIC in coordination with ZNPDEA with ROC Pre-Ops No. Gutalac MPS
ZNPPO 032017-0100, conducted drug buy bust operation at Barangay La Libertad,
Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of NILO RODRIGUEZ y
HOWA, SLT, alyas Bolantoy, 34 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Brgy
La Libertad, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte.
During the operation, the team were able to purchased one (1) piece
small heat-sealed transparent sachet believed to be Shabu (buy-bust) and
confiscate from his possession one (1) piece small heat-sealed transparent
plastic sachet believed to be SHABU and one (1) cut of aluminum foil wrapped in
a small paper; one (1) piece five-hundred-peso bill (buy bust money).
Arrested
person is a drug surrenderer in Gutalac MPS last December 30, 2016 but was
monitored to have continuously engaged in his illegal drug trade. The inventory
of the confiscated items was conducted by PO3 Dexter Rim Patiluna (poseur
buyer) in the presence of Hon. Yulanda D. Sulane - Brgy Chairman and
BrgyKagawad Hon. Enrique S. Dubduban. Arrested person now detained at Gutalac
MPS for proper disposition while appropriate charges now being prepared for

CITY - Be informed that on March 22, 2017, at about 8:40 o’clock in the evening,
City Drug Enforcement Team (CDET) led by PSUPT GLENN M. DULAWAN-OIC conducted
Joint Buy-bust Operation at Sitio Bak-Bak, Brgy. Dampalan, Dapitan City that
resulted to the arrest of one JOEMAR JAVIER y UGDAL, 31 years old, male,
married and a resident of said place. Confiscated from the possession and
control of the suspect were the following: Four (4) pcs small heat-sealed
transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to
be shabu; one (1) pc small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing
white crystalline granules believed to be shabu bought during buy-bust
operation; one (1) pc Five Hundred Peso bill used as buy-bust money with serial
no. S782264; and one (1) small piece of paper color white used as wrapper. Subject
person was involved in selling Illegal Drugs at BrgyDampalan, Dapitan City and
at the Municipality of La Libertad, Zamboanga del Norte. The inventory and

conducted Drug Buy-Bust Operation with the aid of an EIB along the National
Highway of Brgy. Poblacion, Salug, ZN that resulted to the arrest of SHURHADJI
y UNSANG, 47years old, Filipino, Male, Married and resident of BrgyPoblacion,
Salug ZNfor violation of “R.A. 9165”.Recovered from the possession of the
suspect the following drug evidence and non-drug evidence: a) 1 pc small heat sealed plastic transparent
