Act of Lasciviousness
MANUKAN - An act of
lasciviousness was reported to Manukan MPS by victim identified as Rina
Tumungnan Gumanod, 18 years old, elementary student and a resident of Barangay
Patagan, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Accordingly, she was kissed and hugged
by Ruwel Enteveros Pagador, 23 years old, single a resident of the
above-mentioned barangay. Initial investigation disclosed that at about 9:00 PM
of March 26, 2017 at Manukan Public Market, Barangay Poblacion, Manukan,
Zamboanga Del Norte, while the victim was walking along the vicinity of said
place, the suspect approached kissed and hugged her and escaped. The victim was able to seek for help from the
duty Bantay Bayan Celso Antiga, Allan Daas, Eddie Barrios and Rizalde Villarin.
The suspect was arrested and brought to Manukan MPS for proper disposition.
Fire Incident
MUTIA - Fire incident
has transpired at Barangay Santo Tomas, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
3:00 PM of March 27, 2017, wherein a house made of light materials owned by Manuel
Guiraldo, 67 years old, was razed. Initial investigation disclosed that the
fire started at the kitchen. No casualty/injured were reported and the
estimated damage is ten thousand (₱10,000.00) pesos.

JOSE
DALMAN - Be informed that on March 26, 2017 at about 5:30 o’clock in the
afternoon at BrgyPoblacion Jose Dalman, ZDN elements of Jose Dalman MPS led by
PCI VERGIL BRUCE DACION DARIO, caught in the act and arrested NOEL TAYRUS y
LAPAD, 28 years old, married and JOVANNIE MILMAOy SUMALPONG, 29 years old,
single both residents of BrgyPoblacion Jose Dalman, ZDN believed to be under
the influence of intoxicating liquor who created trouble at the sari-sari store
ownedby RaffyDaymil of the same place. Initial investigation conducted disclosed
that JOVANNIE MILMAO and NOEL TAYRUS while on a drinking spree, a heated
argumentensued that creates commotion. Subject were arrested by the responding
team and was immediately brought and temporarily detained at said police
station for filing of appropriate charges in court and for proper disposition.

Flash Alarm of
Stolen Motorcycle
DIPOLOG
CITY - Flash Alarm to look and apprehend the possessor of one unit Motorcycle
Honda Wave 100cc with no plate attached, engine number KWY00E112827 and chassis
number 00112822, registration under the name of Nestor Villanueva. Said MC was
recovered missing at about 4:00 o’clock in the morning of March 27, 2017 by Juliet
Villanueva y Anao, (Daughter) a resident of PurokTungo, Minaog, Dipolog City
while being parked in front of their eatery located at PurokBuli, Minaog,
Dipolog City, and believed to be taken by unidentified person/s. If found in
your respective AOR, apprehend the possessor and submit report to this office

Report on Death of
Foreign National (Hassan Sumioglu)
DAPITAN
CITY - Be informed that on or about 8:25 o’clock in the morning of March 27,
2017 one Rene Arcoy informed Dapitan CPS on the death of a foreign National at
Brgy Polo, Dapitan City. At about 8:30 o’clock in the morning, team of Dapitan
CPS proceeded at said place to verify the report. Initial investigation
conducted disclosed that a Turkish National identify as one HASSAN SUMIOGLO,57
years old, married, with live-in partner identify as one Rowelina Rosas Arcoy,
44 years old a resident of PurokPasayan, Brgy Polo, Dapitan City. Further
investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, subject person
was hospitalized for three (3) times for illness and died at about 11:00 o’clock
in the evening of March 26, 2017 at the residence of his live-in partner. Post
Mortem Examination conducted by Dr. Rolito V. Cataluña, City Health Officer of
Dapitan City that the cause of death was due to Acute Myocardial Infarction
Secondary to Diabetes Mellitus type II. The cadaver was subject for autopsy
examination and temporarily lays at Our Lady of Lourdes Funeral Home, Polo

Traffic Accident
POLANCO
- Be informed that on or about 6:30 o’clock in the evening of March 27, 2017, a
vehicular traffic accident transpired along the National Highway of
SitioCraser, Barangay Poblacion South, Polanco, ZN involving two (2) motorcycles
described as follows: Vehicle 1 (V-1) black and white color combination Honda XRM 125,
bearing plate No. 1862 JP, CR No. 9904717-4 dated 3/1/2011,OR No. 734208274
engine No. XRM16EO56282 registered under the name of Lina T. Secosana driven by
Michael Campos Lumacang, 33 years old
and a resident of Barangay Labrador, Polanco, ZDN a holder of driver’s license
NO. JO1-11-001576 andvehicle two (V-2) Honda XRM 125, color black bearing plate
No. KC 46560 with engine No. HC08E-6045524, OR No. 337004441 owned by Melvin M.
Sapihi and driven by ArsitoBiadnesMaco, 38 years old and a resident of Barangay
Silawe this Municipality and a holder of Professional Driver’s license No.
JO1-01-0306097 with three (3) backriders namely: Marisol HontiverosMaco; Irish
ChlaireAndongAwid and Nelmar Angeles Patangan whose sustained minor injuries.
Initial investigation conducted by the responding traffic officer PO3 Gregorio
O. Digamon III disclosed that V-1 was travelling from Barangay Labrador bound
for Polanco proper and upon reaching at the place of incident, made an overtook
unaware of the incoming V-2 running in an opposite direction and made into a head
on collision which inflicted serious injuries of both drivers which was
immediately brought to ZANORTE Medical Center, Sicayab, Dipolog City for
immediate medical treatment but unfortunately, the driver of V-1 was pronounced
dead upon arrival by Dr. Mata-attending physician. Both vehicles involved was temporarily
impounded at Polanco MPS for proper disposition. For information.
