2017 one Wieban A. Eucogco, 28 years old, single MDRRMO personnel came and
reported to Polanco MPS that since March 19, 2017, one BORTOLDO GUMILID, 56
years old, married and a resident of Isis, Polanco, ZN found missing and up to
this date, subject person failed to return home. If found in your AOR, please

JOSE
DALMAN – Please be informed that on March 20, 2017 at 7:30 o’clock in the
evening, one Lovely Ochotorena y Beronio 28 years old, female and a resident of
BrgySiparok, Jose Dalman ZN reported to Jose Dalman MPS and requested for
police assistance because her live-in partner SAIN JATICO y DINOPOL, 37 years
old, single and a resident of same place was allegedly maltreated her resulted
to injury at her left cheek. Immediately, PNP personnel of said station led by
SPO2 Benjamin B Adel Jr proceeded to the area and arrested the suspect and now
detained at Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition. For information.

Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI
– Be informed that at about 6:00 o’clock in the morning of March 21, 2017 a
shooting incident transpired at Brgy San Vicente, Sirawai ZN wherein the victim
identified asMELCHOR MONTIMOR y CALUNSAG, 56 years old, Married, CAFGU member
of 13th SF, PA. Immediately personnel of Sirawai MPS led by PI JIMMY
TAGAPAN ABRASALDO proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the report.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim was pasturing
his carabao, he heard a burst of gunfire from unknown direction and he noticed
that he was hit in his right leg. Victim sustained lone GSW was brought to
Sirawai Rural Health Unit for medical treatment while the suspect fled to
unknown direction after the incident. Personnel of Sirawai MPS are still
conducting follow-up investigation for the identity and possible arrest of the

Report on Recovery of UXO
SINDANGAN
– Be informed that at about 10:30 o’clock in the morning of March 21, 2017, one
IGNACIO BOUT, of legal age, married, resident of Bantayan, Sindangan, ZN and
LGU employee of saidMunicipality turned-over to Sindangan MPS the following
UXO, four (4) rifle grenades and one (1) mortar shell. Accordingly said UXO
were recovered by the reporter at the old well situated at the side of the
Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Poblacion, Sindangan, ZN. Recovered items were under

- Be informed that at about 10:35 o’clock in the morning of March 21, 2017
personnel of Katipunan MPS led by SPO3 Arnold DiaoUbando with the personnel of
DENR-CENRO led by LitoAllaLecera – Forest Ranger conducted law enforcement
against illegal logging at Brgy Dos, Katipunan, ZN and successfully arrested
one SELVINO CANTORES y ONDACowner/operator of one (1) unit STIHL 070 Chainsaw and
oneEDENA CUENCA, of legal age, single, and a resident of aforesaid place.
Subject persons were caught in the act cutting one (1) Antipolo Tree into
fletches with estimated volume of One Hundred Twenty (120) board feet with
estimated worth of.three thousand pesos (Php3,000.00). Arrested suspects were
brought to Katipunan MPS while the chainsaw and the timbers confiscated were in
custody of DENR-CENRO in Manukan ZN. For information.

– Be informed that at about 2:45 o’clock in the afternoon of March 21, 2017
personnel of Polanco MPS led by SPO2 Simeon C Wapelle conducted drug buy-bust
operation at Barangay Anastacio, Polanco, ZN and successfully arrested one MARTIN
COLADILLA y ALFEREZ, 27 years old, single, and a resident of said place.
Confiscated from his possession and control were the following: a. Five (5) pcs
heat-sealed plastic transparent sachet with white crystalline granules believed
to be shabu; b. Three (3) cut luminium foil in different sizes; c. One (1) pc
five-hundred-peso bill marked money; and d. One (1) unit red Rusi MC bearing

Report on the Arrest of Wanted Person
LA
LIBERTAD – Be informed at about 1:30 o’clock dawn of March 21, 2017, joint team
of La Libertad MPS led by PI RONALD ALLAN E. TINGAS together with ZN CIDG led
by PCI SAMSON PASCUAL conducted manhunt operation at the Municipal Gym,
BrgyPoblacion, La Libertad, ZN and successfully arrested one ELVEN P. MALAGUM,
19 years old, single, and a resident of BrgyMauswagon, La Libertad, ZN. Subject
was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon
of Br 7, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City for the crime of “Grave
Threats in Relation to R.A. 7610” docketed in criminal case no. 21258 with bail
bond fixed at Php12,000.00. Arrested person was brought and detained at La

Report on the Arrest of Estafa Suspect
DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that at about 12:30 o’clock in the afternoon of March 21,
2017 elements of Dipolog CPS led by SPO2 Edrin Aquino conducted entrapment
operation at Gampis, Sicayab, Dipolog City and successfully arrested one NOEL
PASCUAL y BARCELON, 47 years old, married and a resident of Brgy La Libertad,
Maasin City. That prior to the arrest, Atty. Antonio Tagulob, Para Legal of DAR
in ZANORTE reported to Dipolog CPS that his mother while alone at their house
at Gampis, Sicayab, Dipolog City, suddenly the suspect appeared and identified
himself as a member of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and directly went to
their kitchen and said that the regulator installed at their petroleum gas is
unsafe and immediately detached the regulator with the chemical hose without
the confirmation from the victim and further installed a safety device which
was accordingly the product of their company. Thereafter, the suspect demanded
an amount of Php6, 600.00 and the victim gave a partial payment of Php5,
000.00. The victim then reported the incident to his son Atty. Tagulob.
However, the victim having the balance of Php1, 600.00 which was to be given on
March 21, 2017 and the entrapment operation was then conducted. Arrested
suspect was detained at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition. For information.
