Arrest of Wanted Person
JOSE DALMAN - Operatives of Jose Dalman Police Station conducted manhunt
operation at Sitio Payagan, Brgy. Litalip, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 6:00 PM of March 10, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Ruel Tomambos
Gumate, 32 years old, single, farmer and a resident of said place. Subject was
arrested by virtue of WOA issued by Judge Nimfa B. Carreon-Padao Of Mctc,
Sindangan Z.N Dated February 27, 2017, For The Crime Of Three (3) Counts Of
“Theft” docketed under cc# 12767, 12768 and 12769 with bail bond recommended
amounted to ten thousand pesos (p10,000.00) each. Arrested subject person is
presently detained at Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition.

DIPOLOG CITY - Operatives of Manukan MPS, Dipolog CPS and CIDG conducted
manhunt operation at Barangay Miputak, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte about
8:30 PM of March 10, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Jhon Norbert Abrinica
Sumiwan A.K.A “Janover Abrinica Sumiwan”, 29 years old, single, laborer
resident of Brgy. Don Jose Aguirre, Manukan. He was arrested by virtue of warrant
of arrest issued by Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon Of Rtc – 9th Judicial Regions, Br
7, Dipolog City For The Crime Of Acts Of Lasciviousness in relation to R.A 7610
dated February 27, 2017 docketed in cc no. 21447, with bail bond recommended
amounting to (php 180,000.00). Arrested subject person is presently detained at
manukan mps for proper disposition.
