Stabbing Incident
SIBUTAD - Stabbing
incident took place in Barangay Calilic, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
7:00 PM of March 5, 2017. The victim was Paul John Alapa-Ap Jauculan, 21 years
old, male, single and a resident of above-said place. The victim was boxed by Jumar
Pula and stabbed by Jerry Pula, both residents of mentioned place. The victim
sustained stabbed wound on his right side waist. Sibutad MPS is conducting
thorough investigation to arrest of the suspect.
Harassment Incident
SINDANGAN - A
harassment incident transpired at So. Logdeck, Barangay Tinaplan, Sindangan,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:15 PM of March 5, 2017. Wherein the bonbon
detachment CAAC, 3rd platoon, 13th SFC was harassed/fired by unidentified
number of armed men. According to Pfc Bernabe Q Lumapas (INF) PA, detachment
commander, they were fired by armed men several times believed to be of AK47 and
m16 rifles coming from south direction of the detachment, which prompted them
to returned fire. Firefight lasted for about two (2) minutes and after which
the perpetrators fled to unknown direction with no reported injured/casualty in
government side. Personnel of Sindangan MPS are still investigating in close
coordination with the Special Forces company headquarters.
Motor Napping Incident
KATIPUNAN - A motor
napping incident transpired along the Barangay Road Of Dr. Rizal, Katipunan, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 7:20 PM of March 6, 2017. The victim was identified as Bengie
Tato Mapas, 25 years old, single, a “habal-habal” driver and a resident of Purok
4, Barangay Uno, Katipunan. Initial investigation disclosed that unidentified
person hired him to transport from Nat’l Highway Of Brgy Dos, Katipunan, to
Brgy Dr. Jose Rizal, Katipunan, upon reaching at the aforesaid place, the
suspect pretended to have dropped his cap which prompted the victim to stop. The
suspect un-mounted himself from the motorcycle and pretentiously went to
recover his cap. Suddenly, the suspect smashed a hard object to the head then
choked and pulled the victim towards the ravine. Moments later the victim
sought help from another “habal-habal” driver who brought him to Katipunan Mps.
The victim sustained wounds and bruises on his head were brought to Katipunan
Municipal Health Center. Katipunan Mps now conducting pursuit operation.

Liloy Drug Bust Operation
LILOY - Intel
operatives of Liloy MPS conducted buy bust operation in coordination with PDEA at
Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 4:00 AM of March 6, 2017.
This resulted to the arrest of two persons namely; Marlon Villarosa Villacrusis,
male, single, 18 years old, jobless and Johnlloyd Villacrusis Peloberio, 15
years old, single, male, both residents of Purok San Jose Brgy Baybay, Liloy. Confiscated
from the possession of Marlon one (1) pc small sachet believed to be “shabu”
from John Lloyd (1) unit torque cellular phone
color red, one (1) pc of lighter
color green and three (3) pieces of one hundred peso bill with sn # ag469379, be604495 and ks971819. the
inventory of items was conducted in the presence of Hon. Francisco Alga And
Hon. Segundino Larato, Councilor Of Brgy Baybay, Liloy, and Gilbert Garcia,
Media Representative. Confiscated items were brought to Liloy MPS as well as
the suspect for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
SINDANGAN - Operatives
of Sindangan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Ramon Magsaysay,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:15 PM of March 6, 2017. This resulted
to the arrest of Annabelle Paloso Singuillo, 42 years old, female, married a
resident of said place. Suspect has standing warrant of arrest issued by Presiding
Judge Manuel Gerard C. Tomacruz, Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 10, Manila
Dated February 9, for violation of BP 22 docketed under cc no. 487289-cr 2017
with bail recommended amounted to (Php1, 000.00). Arrested subject person is
presently detained at said police station for proper disposition.
Drug Suspect Nabbed in Dapitan
DAPITAN CITY - Operatives
of Dapitan City Police Station, Drug Enforcement Team led by Spo4 Jose Renault
Tan conducted buy-bust operation in coordination with PDEA at Barangay
Lawaan-Banonong, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:30 PM of
March 6, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Rene Padao Balladares, 40 years
old, single and a resident of said place. Confiscated from his possession and
control were; three (3) pcs sachets wrapped in a piece of paper believed to be
shabu; one (1) pc sachet believed to be shabu buy-bust and one (1) pc five
hundred peso bill used as buy-bust money with sn nr cg497270. Inventory and
markings of confiscated items was witnessed by Hon Sunny Boy Maghinay-Brgy
Councilor of Brgy Dawo, Dapitan City And Ms Erna Baradillo-media
representative. Arrested suspect now temporarily detained at Dapitan CPS for
proper disposition.
Drug Suspect Nabbed in Sindangan
SINDANAGAN - Operatives
of Sindangan MPS and PDEA conducted buy bust operation at padre Gomez Street, Barangay
La Roche, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:15 PM of March 6, 2017.
This resulted to the arrest of Florencio Magallon Simong Jr. Alias “Bitay”, 18
years old, male, single, a resident of Barangay Datu Tangkilan, Sindangan, Zamboanga
Del Norte. Confiscated from his possession and control were; seven (7) pcs
small sachets believed to be "shabu", one (1) pc small sachet
believed to be "shabu” as buy bust, one (1) pc five hundred (p500.00) peso
bill as marked money bearing serial number fd941735 and one (1) pc zestar paper
mint plastic container with a total of two hundred ten pesos (P210.00) cash
money believed to be proceeds of illegal drugs.
Suspect now detained at Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
Chief Mate Arrested in Dapitan Drug Operation
DAPITAN CITY - Operatives
of Dapitan CPS together with 904th Maritime Group and PDEA conducted joint
buy-bust operation at Rotonda-Banonong, Dapitan City at about 6:30 PM of
March 6, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Jonathan Kerwin Tibor Geromo,
Chief Mate of Aleson Shipping Lines Incorporated, 31 years old, and a resident
of said place. Confiscated from his possession and control were; one (1) big
plastic sachet containing forty eight (48) pcs of sachets believed to be shabu;
one (1) pc sachet believed to be shabu bought during buy-bust operation; one
(1) pc five hundred peso bill used as buy-bust money with serial number br910123;
one black wallet containing several ids and six thousand two hundred pesos (P6,
200.00) proceeds money; and one (1) unit silver asus cellular phone. Inventory
and markings of confiscated items was witnessed by Hon Rey Baran Calasang-Brgy
Councilor of Brgy Banonong, Dapitan City and Ms Erna Baradillo-Media
Representative. Suspect now detained at Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
