Rape Incident
GUTALAC - Rape
incident occurred at Barangay Lux, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte, wherein victim
identified as Riza Tanducan Obsiman, 7 years old together was sexually molested
by her mother live-in partner identified as Manuel Balucan Obsiman, 55 years
old, farmer and a resident of said place. Investigation disclosed that the
victim was sexually molested by the suspect sometimes on this year at the
abandoned nipa hut of certain Dodong Balate located at Barangay Lux, Gutalaz,
Zamboanga Del Norte. Elements of Gutalac MPS arrested the suspect at his
residence mentioned above at about 3:10 PM of March 16, 2017. Recovered from
their house were two (2) homemade shotguns and two (2) marble bullet guns. Suspect
and recovered items were now in the custody of Gutalac MPS for proper
disposition.
Indiscriminate Firing Incident
GODOD - A burst of
gunshot took place at Barangay Poblacion, Godod, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
6:30 PM of March 15, 2017. Investigation disclosed that Harvey Camid, active
member of the Philippine marines assigned at Tawi-Tawi province, fired his
caliber .45 pistols in front of the house of a certain Rio Entrina while the
suspect was engaged in a heated altercation with his live-in partner. Subject
person upon sensing the presence of the responding PNP personnel fled to
unknown direction and was able to eluded arrest. Personnel of Godod MPS are
still conducting follow-up operation while a formal complaint was already
prepared for filing in court.
Stabbing Incident
SALUG - Stabbing
incident transpired at Barangay Binoni, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
9:50 PM of March 15, 2017, wherein the victims were identified as Archie Malac,
51 years old, married and his son identified as Garry Malac, 21 years old,
single and the suspect identified as Merlito Baso, of legal age, all residents
of said place. Both victims were brought to Zamboanga Del Norte Medical
Hospital for medication while the suspect fled to unknown direction. Personnel
of Salug MPS are still conducting follow-up operation for the possible arrest
of the suspect and to establish the motive behind the incident.
Burning Incident
GODOD - An abandoned Police
Action Center of Zamboanga Del Norte Provincial Public Safety Company that was
built during the recent national and local election situated at Purok 6, Godod,
Zamboanga Del Norte was burned by unidentified suspects at about 10:24 PM on March 15, 2017. The fire
is still on progress but by the aid of the personnel of the LGU Godod and concerned
people of the place, the fire was totally placed under control. Investigation
and ocular inspection conducted and was able to recover a cut plastic container
of one (1) litter containing gasoline and wood charcoal believed to be used in
burning. Personnel of Godod MPS are still conducting follow-up operation for
the possible identify and arrest of the suspect.

Arrest of Wanted Person
JOSE DALMAN - Operatives
of Jose Dalman MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Dinasan, Jose
Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:45 AM of
March 16, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Anecito Alegado Clavicillas
Alias “Totong”, 37 years old, single, farmer a resident of Barangay Dinasan,
Jose Dalman. Suspect has standing of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Reymar
L. Lacaya Of RTC, Sindangan Dated October 25, 2016 Charged For Violation Of
Sec. 10 (a) of RA 7610 docketed under cc# s-5429 with bail bond recommended
amounted to (php80,000.00). Arrested suspect is presently detained at said
police station for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
KATIPUNAN - Operatives
of Katipunan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Tuburan, Katipunan,
Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 8:00 AM of
March 16, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Oscar Santander Dangase, 65
years old, male, married a resident of said place. He has standing warrant of
arrest issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio
D. Laquihon, Branch 7, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City dated February 27, 2017 for violation of sec 5 para
(e) line (2) of R.A. 9262 docketed under cc# 21406 with bail bond recommended
amounted to (Php60,000.00). Arrested subject person is presently detained at said
police station for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
SINDANGAN - Operatives
of Sindangan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Datu Tangkilan,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:15 AM of March 15, 2017. This resulted
to the arrest of Jolly Dandayo Faburada, 42 years old, single, male, driver, and
resident of Barangay Datu Tangkilan, Sindangan. He was charged for the crime of
robbery with homicide docketed under cc# 9850 issued by Presiding Judge Paciano
D. Galleposo Of MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Sindangan, dated august 10, 1999
with no bail recommended. Arrested
subject person is presently detained at Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
Confiscation of Endangered Species
LABASON - Personnel
of Labason MPS conducted seaborne patrol at territorial sea water of Labason,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:00 AM of March 16, 2017. This resulted to the
confiscation of three (3) endangered species of “mantaries” at the seashore of Barangay
Malintuboan, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte which was slaughtered by a certain Romulo
Dabon who was able to elude arrest after sensing the authorities. Confiscated
species were turn over to Labason BFAR while regular filing of case is now
being prepared against the suspect.
