Suspect Arrested in Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga Del Norte
SERGIO
OSMEÑA, Zamboanga del Norter(Sept. 29, 2018)
- PNP personnel of Sergio Osmeña MPS together with the Midsalip Municipal
Police Station conducted joint operation at Purok 2 Brgy., New Tangub, Sergio
Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:00 PM of September 26, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest arrested was Luz Dawalig, male, 39 years old, single, farmer, and a
resident of Brgy. Tulbong, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Subject person has a pending Warrant of
Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Ernesto MVE. Laurel of Aurora, Zamboanga Del
Sur for the crime of Rape docketed under criminal case number 11-10,774,
without bail bond recommended.
Subject person was turned-over to Midsalip
Municipal Police Station in good physical and
Hacking
Incident
SIAYAN,
Zamboanga del Norte (Sept. 29, 2018) - Hacking
incident transpired at Sitio Balokangon, Barangay Guibo, Siayan, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 11:00 PM of September 25, 2018.
The victim identified as Jayson Piyok y
Sahulga, 19 years old, single, farmer, Filipino, and a resident of afore-said
place.
Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that at about 11:00pm of September 25, 2018, suspect identified as Primo
Romaga y Talay, 35 years old, married, farmer, Filipino and a resident of Sitio
Balokangon, Brgy Guibo, Siayan entered the shanty house of Sammy Piyok 18 years
old, single, Filipino and without apparent reason hacked several times the
latter and the reportee.
The two sustained injuries and manage
to evade and escape and their relatives brought them to Siayan Diagnostic
Center.
But after the said incident the suspect
entered to another house owned by Anselmo Angas y Piyok, 50 years old, married,
farmer, Filipino, then hacked the latter also his wife Epin Angas y Marademan,
30 years old, married, Filipino, and daughter Maricel Angas y Marademan, 11
years old all residents of Sitio Balokangon, Barangay Guibo, Siayan.
The three sustained injuries that
resulted to the death of Anselmo while his wife and daughter were brought to
Siayan Diagnostic Center.
After the incident the suspect was
arrested by the citizen and turn-over to the barangay official and subsequently
turn-over to the PNP responding team.
Said team returned Siayan MPS at around
9:00 o’clock in the evening of September 26, 2018. Suspect is now detained at
Siayan MPS for proper disposition. Investigator on Case is P03 Epaphras U.

Vehicular
Traffic Accident

ODMEÑA, Zamboanga del Norte (Sept. 28,
2018) - Vehicular traffic accident transpired
particularly in front of EJ Agrivet supply at Barangay Poblacion Alto, Sergio
Osmeña Sr., Zamboanga Del Norte at about 4:10pm of September 27, 2018.
Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that the two vehicles with descriptions, to wit:
Vehicle 1 - a single motorcycle Honda XRM125
color red and black combination without plate number, engine number
XRM16E138525 and chassis number XRM16138524 owned by Jimmy Capapas Asister
driven by Jamuel Carrollo Barcelo, 22 years old, male, single, marine engineer
by profession and a resident of Brgy. San Juan, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga del
Norte and no professional driver’s license with back rider identified as Chiryl
Fe Sumalpong Asister, 25, female, Filipino and a resident also of said
barangay; and
Vehicle 2 - a Honda XRM125 color red
and black combinations with temporary plate number 090110, without Official
receipt and Certificate of registration presented driven by Rogelio Caraballe
Arevalo 57 years old, married, of legal age, male, married, Filipino and a
resident of San Pedro, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur. No professional
driver’s license presented with backriders identified as Bervina Becamon
Dignos, 37 years old, female married and Darling Dignos Castano of legal age
both residents of San Pedro, Pagadian City.
Further that both vehicles were
travelling in opposite direction vehicle-2 was travelling the national Highway
from Dipolog City bound to Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur and upon reaching
at a place of accident, vehicle-2 overtook the KM Military vehicle encroached
to the opposite lane and hit to vehicle-1 which resulted to the collision of
both vehicles.
Driver of vehicle-2 together with his
backriders were brought to Zamboanga del sur Provicial Hospital, Pagadian City
which suffered serious injuries while the driver of vehicle-1 and his backrider
were brought to Sergio Osmena District hospital for immediate medication of
minor injuries they sustained.
Both vehicles incurred damages and now
temporarily impounded to Sergio Osmeña MPS for proper disposition.
