Vehicular Accident
TAMPILISAN
- Vehicular traffic accident has transpired at Barangay Poblacion, Tampilisan,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:20 AM of February 1, 2017. Investigation disclosed
that the vehicles involved were: one (1) unit white Mazda drop side bearing
plate number UVWNU 682 driven by Pepito Bajo Gibnase, 39 years old, married, a
resident of Barangay Lawaan, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte and motorcycle Honda
XRM color red bearing plate number ie6074 driven by Antonino Gomiton Villarama,
67 years old, widower and a resident of Barangay Situbo, Tampilisan, Zamboanga
Del Norte. Accordingly, the white Mazda was travelling from Purok Rose, Lawaan,
Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte and upon reaching at the place of accident, the
Honda XRM suddenly crossed the intersection and accidentally bumped by the
white Mazda. The driver of the motorcycle sustained serious physical injuries
on the different parts of his body and immediately brought to Tampilisan Rural
Health Center but declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. The
driver of white Mazda voluntarily surrendered to Tampilisan MPS while two
vehicles involved were temporarily impounded at Tampilisan MPS for proper
disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person
SINDANGAN - Operatives
of Sindangan MPS arrested the person of Richard Lanat Juano, 34 years old,
married, at Barangay Doña Josefa, Sindangan Zamboanga Del Norte at about 3:15
PM of February 1, 2017. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued
by Hon. Nimfa B. Carreon-Padao Presiding Judge Of Mctc, 9th Judicial Region, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del
Norte for violation of section 90 of RA 8550 docketed under criminal case
number 12710 dated December 1, 2016 with recommended bail bond fixed at twelve
thousand pesos (₱12,000.00). Suspect is temporarily detained at Sindangan MPS for
proper disposition.

JOSE DALMAN - Elements
of Jose Dalman MPS arrested the person of Sergio Pagador Maghanoy, 31 years
old, married a resident of Barangay Lopero, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 4:30 PM of February 1, 2017. Suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest for the crime of rape two (2) counts issued by Hon. Reymar Lacaya,
Presiding Judge Of Rtc 9, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte dated April
20, 2016 docketed under criminal case numbers s-5317 and s-5318, with no bail
bond recommended. He was arrested at his residence and temporarily detained at Jose
Dalman MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
LABASON - Operatives
of Labason MPS conducted intelligence driven operation against wanted person at
Barangay Dansalan, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:00 PM of February 1,
2017. This resulted in the arrest of Maria Sagang, 32 years old, married, a
resident of the above mentioned place and listed under top 10 most wanted
person municipal level. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the
crime of grave oral defamation issued by Hon. Jerry B. Padao, Presiding Judge
of 6th Mctc, Labason, Kalawit, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte docketed under
criminal case number 3757 with recommended bail bond of six thousand pesos
(₱6,000.00). The arrested person is temporarily detained at Labason MPS for
proper disposition.
