Arrest of Wanted Person
Please be informed
that on September 17, 2016 at about 4:30
pm, PNP elements of Gutalac MPS led by PCI Khisna Bagis Asaali conducted
manhunt operation at Barangay Mamawan, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte and
arrested Alfie Villanosa Tuastomban, 28 years old, married a resident of the
above mentioned place by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Oscar d. Tomarong presiding judge of RTC, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of frustrated murder under criminal case
number l-002198 with bail bond
recommended fix at two hundred thousand pesos (₱200,000.00) dated January 28,
2015. Arrested wanted person is temporarily detained at Gutalac MPS for proper
disposition.
