Vehicular Traffic Accident in
Polanco
On or about 11:45 AM of March 31,
2018, A vehicular traffic accident transpired along the National Highway of
Brgy San Pedro, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte, involving one (1) unit MUX Isuzu
and a pedestrian. Wherein at about 12:00 PM of March 31, 2018 certain Artemio
Dionsay, grandfather of the victim reported to Polanco MPS that the victim was
immediately taken by the driver/suspect to ZANORTE medical center onboard the
vehicle involved. Acted on the report, PNP team of Polanco MPS immediately
proceeded to ZANORTE medical center on board a Mahindra marked vehicle to
conduct follow-up investigation thereat. Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that the vehicle involved described as Isuzu MUX, black, bearing
plate number AAH 4603 with engine number 4JK1MR3586 under certificate of
registration number 209645553, registered under the name of Regerick L. Benito
and driven by JETER P. RALA, 30 years old, male, Filipino citizen, holder of
NPDL with license number L0818001449 and resident of North Cotabato City. The
said vehicle was traveling from Cotabato City bound for Dapitan City and upon
reaching at National Highway of brgy San Pedro Polanco ZN was accidentally hit
and bumped a pedestrian identified as Christine Jean D. Daligdig, 5 years old,
female, Filipino citizen and resident of Brgy San Pedro, Polanco, who suddenly
crossed the road resulted into a fatal injury to her body. Victim was brought
to Zanorte medical center but was pronounced dead by the attending physician
Dr. Ricah Mae A. Capitania. Investigator is PO2 Archival Pugoy-Traffic

Robbery Incident in North Mapang,
Rizal
On or about 2:00 PM of March 31,
2018, The person of Juliet Lomongo Ysaal, 59 years old, married, resident of
North Mapang, Rizal Zamboanga Del Norte, caretaker of Sta. Filomena Chapel,
Roman Catholic Church situated at South Mapang, Rizal, Zamboanga Del Norte
personally appeared to Rizal MPS and reported that at about 2:00 PM of same date,
she discovered that one (1) unit television 40-inch LG brand worth twenty six
thousand pesos (P26,000.00) and one (1) unit Equalizer worth twelve thousand
(P12,000.00) owned by Sta. Filomena Chapel were lost and believed to be taken
away by unidentified culprit/s. Immediately PNP elements of this station
composed of PO3 Nestor Clariňo, PO3 Raffy Cabanlit, PO2 Patrick Abitona and PO1
Fouster Melancio proceeded to the said place to verify the incident. Initial investigation conducted by responding
team disclosed that unidentified suspect/s gained entrance by cutting the iron
grill of the said chapel with the use of steel saw and once inside carted away
the following items stated above. Recovered from the crime scene were: two (2) pieces of cut iron grill, one (1) pc
flat screw, one (1) pc steel saw and plastic straw color green and blue.
Personnel of Rizal MPS are still conducting thorough investigation to possibly
identify the suspects and file charges in court. Investigator is PO3 Raffy
