Rape Suspect Arrested by joint
personnel of Sibutad MPS and Bacoor CPS in Bacoor City, Cavite
On April 05, 2018 at about 9:10PM,
a manhunt operation was conducted at Brgy. Moino 2, Bacoor City, Cavite by the
joint Personnel of Sibutad MPS, and PNP personnel of Bacoor Cavite Police Station
against wanted person. Resulted to the arrest of Nixon Ageas Tamparong, 47
years old, male, single, construction worker and a resident of Purok 3, Poblacion,
Sibutad Zamboanga del Norte. The arrest was by virtue of Warrant of Arrest
issued by Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon-Presiding Judge, RTC 9, Branch 7, Dipolog
City dated October 7, 2007 for the crime of Rape with criminal case no. 14854
with no bail recommended. Also with Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Judge
Vittorio Dante Dalman-Presiding Judge, MCTC 9th Judicial Region, Rizal-Sibutad,
Zamboanga del Norte, dated November 30, 2007 for Slight Physical Injury with
criminal case no. 2717-S with php 2,000 bail recommended. After the arrest the
said accused was brought to Bacoor City PS, for documentation, travelled thru
sea vessel, and arrived to Sibutad MPS about 8:00AM of April 5, 2018, for
proper disposition prior commitment to wanting court.
Arrest of Wanted Person in Rizal
On April 05, 2018 at about 8:20 AM,
a joint elements of Rizal MPS MPS personnel of Zamboanga Del Norte PPO and
Personnel of RMFB9 conducted a Joint Manhunt Operation at Barangay Napilan, Rizal,
Zamboanga del Norte. The operation resulted to the arrest of John Daryl Gumamo
Cabilinga, 20 years old, male, single, jobless, and a resident of Brgy Napilan,
Rizal Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest in Criminal Case Nr 22303 issued by Judge Ric S Bastasa of RTC Branch 8,
9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City dated March 2, 2018 for the crime of Robbery
with bail recommended at Twenty Thousand Pesos (P 20,000.00). The arrested
person is now detained at Rizal MPS prior commitment to court.
