Hacking Incident
KATIPUNAN
- On April 04, 2018 at about 2:35 AM, hacking incident transpired at Brgy.
Singatong, Katipunan Zambonga Del Norte. PNP personnel Katipunan MPS arrested
the suspect and confiscated 25 inches bolo (lagaraw) including the handle. Initial investigation conducted disclosed
that the victim was identified as Julito Lubog Atam, 31 years old, male, single
was hacked by identified as Ronald Atam Espartiro, 17 years old, male single, a
resident of Sitio Sibayog, Brgy Singatong, Katipunan Zamboanga Del Norte hitting
at the forehead and left arm. The victim was immediately brought to ZANORTE
Medical Center for medical treatment while the suspect was then brought to
Katipunan MPS for safekeeping. Motive of the incident, misunderstanding and the
suspect was under the influence of liquor. Investigator is PO2 Adrian S.

Arrest of KFRG Member
BALIGUIAN
- On April 03, 2018 at about 4:00 AM, Joint PNP personnel from Regional
Intelligence Unit 9, Operatives of Zamboanga Del Norte and Baliguian MPS
conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy Nonoyan, Baliguian, Zamboanga Del
Norte. This resulted in the arrest of LLE/KFRG Member identified as Hambali
Jamad alias Jomar. Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for
Kidnapping and Serious Illegal Detention under criminal case number:
2018-02-10(1618) issued by Presiding Judge Laarni N. Dajao at RTC 9th Judicial
Region, Branch 27, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject is responsible in the
kidnapping of Duterte couple in Brgy. Sta Maria, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte last
March 3, 2017. Subject is among the member of LLE/KFRG operating in Zamboanga
del Norte province under the group of Roger Kalas alias Tiguan/One Eye/Abu
Anhar. The operating troops immediately extracted to avoid any hostile sympathizer
in the area and proceeded at Baliguian MPS for documentation and proper
disposition.
Report on Recovery of Missing
Person and Arrest of Suspect for Murder
ROXAS - On
April 03, 2018 at about 8:15 AM, PNP personnel of Roxas MPS proceeded to
Barangay Moliton, Pres Manuel A. Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte purposely to
conduct follow up investigation in connection to the alleged missing person
named Marvin Ondog Ago, male, legal age, married, farmer, resident of Brgy.
Moliton, Roxas, ZN. Upon arrival thereat, Barangay Councilor Hon. Julito Tubang
Bulat-ag turn over to the responding personnel the living body of the suspect
Joel Sumambod Bag-Ot, 31 years old, male, married, resident of Sitio Bentonong
who voluntarily surrendered to him with the bolo about 18 inches length
including the wooden handle with a scabbard at around 10:00 AM of same date.
According to the suspect, that on March 14, 2018 at more or less 11:45 PM the
victim forcibly entered to his house and got entrance on window and once inside
he maliciously hugged his step daughters. The suspect armed with a bolo stabbed
once and hit on his abdomen which resulted to his instantaneous death and not
contented beheaded the victim and decided to bury the body of the victim. The
responding team preceded to the grave and at around 12:00 noon of same date,
the cadaver was recovered more or less 2 meters depth and 100 meters away from
the house of the suspect. The recovered cadaver was brought to Rubio Funeral
Homes, Nabilid, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte for post mortem examination and
funeral services. The suspect is now detained at Roxas MPS for further
