Violation of RA 10591
DAPITAN CITY - On or about 8:20 PM of April 2, 2018, A call received by Dapitan CPS
from a concerned citizen informing that a male person creating trouble along
Manuel Quezon Ave., Brgy. Bagting, Dapitan City. Acting on the said report, PNP
Personnel of Dapitan CPS responded on said incident. Upon arrival thereat,
Brgy. Chairman Raul B. Carreon of Brgy. Bagting, Dapitan City turned-over the
living body of Romar Bantilan Aguilor, 31 years old, male, married, Filipino
and a resident of Brgy. Burgos, Dapitan City and temporarily residing at
Cadildig Boardinghouse, Brgy. Bagting Dapitan City. Initial investigation
disclosed that prior to the incident, the said suspect, believed to be under
the influence of liquor went home and threatened his neighbors using an unknown
caliber handgun. Moments later, Brgy.
Chairman Carreon arrived to pacified the trouble but the suspect suddenly punch
the Brgy Chairman. Suspect was then arrested and recovered (1) unit homemade caliber 38 revolver pistol without
serial number and without ammos during the body search conducted by the
responding PNP personnel from the possession and control of the suspect. Said
person was brought to Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital for medical examination
and liquor test and brought to Dapitan CPS along the confiscated cal. 38
revolver pending filing of appropriate charges in court. Investigator is SPO1

Homicide Suspect Arrested
MANUKAN
- or about 3:00 PM of April 2, 2018, PNP
Personnel of Manukan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Upper Disakan,
Manukan Zamboanga Del Norte that resulted in the arrest of FELIX RECOSOSA
ARIPAL aka “Tatay” male, married, 73 years old, farmer and a resident of said
place, by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Reymar L. Lacaya,
Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 11, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte dated March
6, 2018 for the crime of Homicide docketed in criminal case number S-5722, with
recommended bail bond amounting to forty thousand pesos (Php.40, 000) for his
temporary liberty. During the arrest and body search conducted by the arresting
officers, eighteen (18) live ammunitions of 45 caliber pistol were recovered
from the possession of the suspect, which was placed inside empty pouch of
Golden oats and concealed on his under pants. Arrested subject person is now
temporarily detained at Manukan MPS for proper disposition and filing of
appropriate charges in court.
Murder Suspect Arrested
LILOY - On
or about 11:45 AM of April 2, 2018, Personnel of Liloy MPS conducted manhunt
operation at Brgy Patawag, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte that resulted in the
arrest of Alberto Oyangorin Balili, male, single, 35 years old, farmer,
Filipino and a resident of barangay Mabuhay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte by
virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by
Hon. Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC Branch 28, 9th Judicial Region, Liloy,
Zamboanga del Norte dated November 16, 2017 for
the crime of Attempted Murder docketed in Criminal case no.L-003334 with
a bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty fixed to one hundred twenty
thousand pesos (Php120,000.00). Arrested person temporarily detained at Liloy
MPS for proper disposition.
