Teen Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust

CITY - On or about 11:10 PM of April 8, 2018, the City Drug Enforcement Team of
Dapitan CPS conducted buy-bust operation at Sunset Boulevard, Barangay Dawo,
Dapitan City, that resulted in the arrest of Vince Dagwayan Eguia (newly
identified), 18 years old, male, single and a resident of, Brgy Cawa-Cawa,
Dapitan City. Recovered evidence from his possession were one (1) pc small
square shape heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline substance believed to be shabu, one (1) pc small square shape
heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance
believed to be shabu as buy bust evidence, one (1) pc five hundred peso
(₱500.00) bill bearing serial number ut806212 as marked money, one (1) pc one
hundred peso bill as proceeds, one (1) pc small paper used as wrapper, one (1)
pack of marlboro with one stick of cigarette inside and one (1) unit black Samsung
cellular phone. Inventory and markings of evidence was witnessed by Erna D.
Baradillo from Media and Hon. Sunnyboy Maghinay-Councilor of said Brgy. Suspect
is temporarily detained at Dapitan CPS while the recovered evidences
temporarily deposited to Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
Fishermen Arrested in Drug Bust

SIOCON -
On or about 6:30 PM of April 8, 2018, personnel from SDEU (Station Drug
Enforcement Unit) of Siocon MPS conducted anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation
at Brgy. Bucana, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte, that resulted in the arrest
suspect identified as Asmaraja Amik Jami Alias “Pada”, 39 years old, male, Filipino,
fisherman, married and a resident of Brgy. Bucana, Siocon, newly identified
drug personalities. Recovered/confiscated items from his possession were one
(1) pc. small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline granules believed to be “shabu” (buy bust), one (1) pc small heat
sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed
to be “shabu” (possession), one (1) pc five hundred (500) peso bill with serial
# x745062 – utilized as buy bust money, four (4) pcs disposable lighter in
different colors, six (6) pcs open/cut empty transparent plastic sachet, twenty
(20) pcs alleged burn, used cut/rolled strip aluminum tin foils, two (2) pieces
different id’s (brgy. id and phil health id), ₱830.00 philippine currency in
different denominations, one (1) pc alleged used candle, one (1) pc cigarette
pack “cannon”, eighteen (18) pcs copy of Palawan express receipt and one (1)
pc. black bag pack. the inventory, markings of seized items were conducted in
the presence of arresting officer, Brgy. Chairman Sonny M. Sangkula, Kagawad
Hji. Amin Kandra M. Arabi, And Media Representative Jeomeleth F. Tabotabo of DXJL
news FM and set their signatures on the seizure receipt. confiscated
heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance
believed to be “shabu, will be turned over to Zamboanga Del Norte Police Crime
Laboratory for examination and to determine the presence of dangerous
drugs/essential chemicals and further take initial custody of the same.
