Arrest of Top 7 Most Wanted Person
DIPOLOG CITY - A rape
suspect was arrested by La Libertad MPS led by PI RONALD ALLAN E. TINGAS and
Dipolog CPS during manhunt operation at Barangay Sta. Felomina, Dipolog City at
about 2:00 PM of December 7, 2016. Arrested was one Danilo Maghinay, 46 years
old, married, and a resident of Barangay Singaran, La Libertad, ZN.3. Subject
person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rogelio D.
Laquihon of RTC Br. 7, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City for the crime of Rape,
docketed under criminal case number 14734, with no recommended bail bond.4.
Arrested wanted person was detained at La Libertad MPS for proper disposition.
