Arrest of Wanted Persons
JOSE DALMAN - Two wanted persons were arrested at Sitio
Balintungun, Barangay Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte on December
26, 2016 at about 3:00 PM. Jose Dalman MPS identified the arrested the two
wanted persons identified as Diosdado Balbosa Arawan, 59 years old, married and
his son Jomar Elumba Arawan, 19 years old, single, both residents of said
place. subject persons were arrested at their residence located at the above
mentioned place by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of attempted
homicide issued by Hon. Nimfa B Carreon-Padao, Presiding Judge of MCTC,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte Dated
November 21, 2016 docketed under criminal case number 12705 with bail
bond recommended fixed at twelve thousand pesos (₱12,000.00) each. The two
wanted persons are temporarily detained at Jose Dalman MPS for proper
disposition.
