Report on Fire Incident Involving Vehicle
DAPITAN CITY - Be
informed that at about 1:00 o’clock dawn of December 28, 2016, Dapitan CPS
received a report from a concerned citizen that there was a vehicle razed by
fire at the National Highway of Brgy Opao, Dapitan City. Immediately, personnel
of Dapitan CPS together with personnel of BFP Dapitan City proceeded to the
area and found out that the said vehicle was totally burned described as KIA
Sportage with Plate Nr YGG-441. According to the witnesses, the unidentified
passengers of said vehicle ran away while the said vehicle was on fire and left
the area. Personnel of Dapitan CPS with the BFP Dapitan City are still
conducting in-depth investigation to determine the motive, cause of fire,
identity of the owner and the passengers of said vehicle. For information.

Report on Campaign against Illegal Fishing
SINDANGAN - Be informed that at about 9:00 o’clock
in the evening of 27 December 2016, PNP personnel of Jose Dalman MPS led by PCI
VERGIL BRUCE DACION DARIO together with the mobilized BPATs and Bantay Dagat
conducted Seaborne patrol within the Sea Water of said municipality and
confiscated four (4) fishing vessel as follows: FB1 - white/gray combination,
marked with FB HULMA 2 operated by Naim Balahim y Mangayao-boat master, 29
years old, married, registered and owned by Hadji Salahudin A. Hambali; FB2 -
green, marked with FB JUMRATHIA-4, operated by Arnil Aligado y Lendio - boat
master, 30 years old, married, registered and owned by Jumrathia A. Aragon; FB3 - white/red combination,
marked with FB JONFLOR, operated by Kinger Bagaan y Dialo - boat master, 32
years old, married, registered and owned by Flordilize C. Lajera all a
residents of Brgy Palandoc, Leon B. Postigo, ZN and FB4 - red, marked with FB KING TJ, operated
by German Ortiga y Sevilleno- boat master, 41 years old, single and resident of
Brgy Bantayan, Sindangan, ZN, registered
and owned by Renato Pasage of Sindangan, ZN, who engaged on illegal
fishing/violation of Municipal Ordinance. Said fishing boats now under the

Alarm on Stolen Motorcycle
MANUKAN - Flash alarm to look and apprehend the
possessor of one unit motorcycle blue Honda Wave 100 with temporary plate
number 9853 owned by one Juliet Villamora y Santander, 40 years old, married
and a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Manukan, ZN. Be informed that at about
2:00 o’clock in the afternoon of December 28, 2016, subject motorcycle was
parked in front of 2GO office located at National Highway, Brgy. Poblacion,
Manukan, ZN and carted by unidentified person wearing back pack. If found in

Report on Campaign Against Illegal Drugs (No. 2 HVT Provl Level)
DIPOLOG CITY - Be informed that on or about 2:20 o’clock
in the morning of December 28, 2016, joint team of PIB,ZNPPO led by PCI MENDEL
SALES CASAO, PAIDSOTF led by SPO1 Julito Enojardo Asentista and CAIDSOFT of
Dipolog CPS led by PI ADRIAN ANGELO DEL ROSARIO conducted drug buy-bust
operation at Eustacias 2 Pension House, Brgy Biasong, Dipolog City particularly
at Room # 8 of the said pension house and arrested one ALEJANDRO MARAGUINOT III y ENERO, 28 years old, single,
a resident of Purok 3, Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City, No. 2 High Value Target Provincial
Level of Zamboanga del Norte under COPLAN Durian and under drug watch list of
Dipolog CPS. Confiscated during the
operation were the following, to wit: a. Five (5) pcs small & big plastic
sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; b. Two (2)
units cellphone; c. Cash proceeds & marked money - (Php 1,185); and d. Drug
paraphernalia. Proper inventory and markings of all confiscated items was done
at the aforementioned place in the presence of Ma. Cecilia Dandan and Marlon
Atillo both Media representatives and Evelyn S Atillo - Elected Barangay
