Arrest of Wanted Person
KATIPUNAN - Personnel of Katipunan MPS led by SPO3 Arnold Diao Ubando
conducted manhunt operation at Purok 2-C Barangay Daanglungsod, Katipunan, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 10:00 AM of December 11, 2016. Arrested was identified as Aldrich
Teña y Partosa, 33 years old, married and a resident of said place. He was
arrested by virtue of WOA issued by Judge Soledad A. Acaylar of Br 7, RTC, 9th
Judicial Region, Dipolog City dated February 15, 2012 for the crimes of
“Homicide, Frustrated Homicide, and Attempted Homicide” docketed in Criminal
Case Numbers: 10985, 10986, 10987, 10988 respectively with bail bond amounting
to (Php 88,000.00). Arrested person was brought and detained to Katipunan MPS for
proper disposition.
Man Held in Siocon for Stabbing His Partner
SIOCON - A man was arrested after he stabbed his live-in partner at the
height of their altercation in Barangay Almicubo, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 6:20 PM of December 11, 2016. Siocon MPS identified the victim woman
was Susan Mendoza Y Pelayo, 39, laundrywoman, and the suspect her live-in
partner identified as Brian Hamoy Y Divilo, 34, both residents of mentioned
place. The victim was stabbed by her live-in partner hitting the neck and was
already brought to Siocon District Hospital. Suspect is now being detained at
Siocon MPS for further investigation.
