CITY - Po3 Benjie Michael Ybanez, detailed as Tourist Police turned over to Dipolog
CPS at about 2:00 AM of December 3,
2016, the person of Alvin Looc Asentista, 19 years old, single, with postal
address at Lower Disakan, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte temporarily residing at Purok
Morning Star, Olingan, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject person was
responsible of stabbing incident wherein the was identified victim Marian Grace
Rubio Labis alias “melmar/pao-pao”, 19 years old, single, female and a resident
of Purok Ramon Magsaysay, Kagatan Road, Miputak, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del
Norte wherein the incident happened at around 1:20 AM of December 3, 2016
outside fatcat resto bar located at Gen Luna St. Cor Magsaysay St., Miputak
Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. The victim was rushed to Zamboanga Del Norte
Medical Center for immediate medical treatment. the suspect is arrested at Arellano
St., Miputak, Dipolog City particularly near Zorayda Lending Investors Building
and was detained at Dipolog CPS pending filing of appropriate charges in court.
