Robbery Incident
SINDANGAN - The Palawan
Pawnshop, Branch II situated at Barangay Bantayan, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del
Norte was forcibly entered by unidentified perpetrator/s at about 8:10 AM of
December 6, 2016. This after one Jaspie Cagatan Canayan, 22 years old, single,
female, Filipino, a Reliever Branch Manager of the Palawan Pawnshop, Branch II,
reported to Sindangan MPS. Investigation conducted by elements of Sindangan MPS
disclosed, that when the branch manager together with other employee, opened
the back door of the said establishment and while inside they noticed that the
door of the comfort room was already opened and upon opening the main door,
they found out that it cannot be opened by its main key that prompted them to
break the main door. After which they discovered that the drawers were already
opened and all of the documents inside were disarranged, while the cash on hand
placed inside the drawer worth Twelve thousand five hundred thirty three pesos
and seventy five centavos (P12, 533.75), savings of Jerlyn Villagracia Zamoras,
Branch Manager, worth One thousand pesos (P1, 000.00) with her one (1) unit
Nokia 208 cellphone was missing. The responding team coordinated with the Area
Supervisor, Mr. Fenderockz Gardner Suganob, pertaining to the incident.
Perpetrator gained entrance and exit to the Branch by destroying the galvanized
iron roof and tearing away the wooden ceiling of the said establishment. Case
is now under follow-up by intelligence operatives the said police station for
possible identification of the perpetrator/s.
Drowning Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - A
drowning incident transpired at Purok 4, Balintawak, Lugdungan, Dipolog City at about 9:55 AM of
December 5, 2016. The victim was identified as Chariz Nicole Salonoy, 8 years
old, minor and a resident of aforementioned place. The victim was drowned at
the rice field during the flash flood and was brought to Zamboanga Del Norte Medical
Center, Sicayab, Dipolog City by the 117 Rescue team but was declared DOA by
the attending physician Dr. Chan, M.D. The cadaver now lies at their residence.

DIPOLOG CITY - Operatives
of Katipunan MPS Conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Tuburan, Katipunan, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 11:00 AM of December 6, 2016. This led to the arrest of Marden
Faa y Tan-awon, 20 years old, single and a resident of said place. Suspect was
arrested by virtue of Warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, of
Branch 7, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City dated November 4, 2016 for the
crime of “Malicious Mischief”, docketed in Criminal Case No. 19743, with bail
bond amounting to P2, 000.00. Arrested person is now detained at Katipunan MPS
for proper disposition.

DAPITAN CITY - December
6, 2016 at about 11:15 AM, personnel of Dapitan CPS led by SPO3 SPO1 Aldwin A.
Tagbac together with PO3 Ian Jedzel Alcanchin, PO3 Edgel U Daquipil, PO2 Ronan
Quizo, PO1 Romer Ruiz -Intel Operatives, PO2 Roxanne A Adaza and PO1 Adonis
Elumbaring, thru the information from BIN, conducted manhunt operation at Barangay
Potol, Dapitan City at about 11:15 AM of December 6, 2016. that resulted to the
arrest of Elmer Galleposo Jamolod, 46 years old, male, married and a resident
of Purok Gemilina, Brgy Taguilon, Dapitan City, listed in the Weekly Target
Acquisition of Wanted Persons of said station. Subject person was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Acting Presiding Judge Vittorio Dante D.
Dalman of Municipal Trial Court in Cities, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City
for the crime of Attempted Homicide dated December 6, 2016 docketed under
Criminal Case Nr. 17936 with bail bond recommended amounting to Twelve Thousand
Pesos (P12,000.00).. Subject person is now detained at Dapitan CPS for proper
disposition.

TAMPILISAN - Combined
operatives of Tampilisan MPS and Sibutad MPS led by PSI Rufo Antiquina and PI Jefferson
Balindan conducted joint manhunt operation at Purok Tininggaan Tampilisan, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 11:50 AM of December 6, 2016. The operation led to the
arrest of Felix Oro y Casquejo, 53, old, male, married and a resident of said
place. This is by virtue of Warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape under CC #
-002877 issued at Liloy RTC Branch 28. Said suspect was brought and detained at
Tampilisan MPS for proper disposition.
