Fire Incident
GUTALAC - Fire incident transpired at Barangay Poblacion,
Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte particularly Gutalac Pubic Market at about 2:50AM
of December 2, 2016. Immediately
personnel of Gutalac MPS led by SPO2 Ernesto Berja Ali informed the personnel
of Gutalac Fire Station for immediate response and thereafter proceeded to the
fire scene to secure the area and also coordinate with the neighboring fire
stations of Labason, Liloy and Salug. Upon
arrival at the scene it was found out that a section of the Public Market in
front of the Petron Gas Station was on fire wherein BFP personnel responded to
the area to prevent escalation of fire and declared fire out at about 4:00AM of
same date. Caused of fire is believed to be electrical in nature and the
estimated cost of damage is still evaluated by the Bureau of Fire without
reported no casualty/injury.
