Vehicular Traffic Accident
SIAYAN - Vehicular traffic accident has
transpired at the vicinity of Barangay Denuyan, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte on
December 22, 2016 at about 7:05 AM, wherein green Mitsubishi jitney bearing
plate number kaj635, driven by Jayward Arbis Ginggo, 32 years old, single, a
resident of Barangay San Pedro, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur and was travelling
from Dumingag Zamboaga Del Sur bound for Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte, however
upon reaching at the place of accident particularly at the curved lane of the
above mentioned national highway where the brake of the vehicle malfunctioned
that causes the driver to lose control and accidentally bumped into the side of
the hill and fell at the concrete canal. as the consequence, the passengers
were: gracey jie arcilla, 11 years old, single; ilennesh ginang, 12 years old,
single, jhea arcilla, 10 years old, single, richel aripaso, 25 years old,
married, jonathan rodriguez, 39 years old, married, rosemarie rodriguez, 39
years old married, rosean rodriguez, 7 years old, single, gema arcilla, 33
years old, married, uniel lucasan, 10 years old, single, mikah lucasan, 6 years
old, single, dorlac rodriguez, 17 years old, single, elizabeth rodriguez, 57
years old, married, tew rodriguez, 42 years old, married, renier rodriguez, 9
years old, single, ruel rancho, 22 years old, single, jumer rebaso, 29 years
old, married, winifredo lapora, 14 years old, single, junmark vega rodriguez,
17 years old, single, all residents of barangay ditulan, dumingag, zamboanga
del sur and nelalyn joaquin, 38 years old, married, aj joaquin, 10 years old,
single, nerissa joaquin, 16 years old, single, manilyn joaquin, 17 years old,
single, rj joaquin, 12 years old, single, all residents of barangay maralag,
dumingag, zamboanga del sur, incurred minor and severe injury on the different
parts of their body and were brought to sindangan district hospital for
medication. while the other four who were also brought to the said hospital
were pronounced dead on arrival namely: nelson ecat deparine, 37 years old,
married, arnel otohan arcilla, 39 years old, married, nardo udtohan boligao, 48
years old, jason baluro boligao, 17 years old single all resident of barangay
ditulan, dumingag, zamboanga del sur. the driver voluntarily surrender to Siayan
MPS and later brought to Ozamis Hospital for medication as per request by his
relatives and escorted by P02 Jovie Empeynado and P01 Danny Surio Jr.

Arrest of Wanted Person
LILOY - Elements of Liloy MPS led by Spo4 Angelito Cadavedo conducted manhunt
operation against wanted person at Barangay Comunal, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte
on December 22, 2016 at about 2:20 PM and successfully arrested Chona S
Campasas, 42 years old, married a resident of the above mentioned place by
virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Oscar Tomarong, Presiding Judge Of
Rtc 9, Branch 28 Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte For The Crime Of Estafa docketed
under criminal case number l-003030-31 with recommended bail bond fixed at
twenty two thousand pesos (₱22,000.00). Suspect is temporarily detained at Liloy
MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest
of Wanted Person
PIÑAN - Elements of Piñan MPS arrested a wanted
person on December 22, 2016 at about 2:30 PM, at Barangay Adante, Piñan,
Zamboanga Del Norte. Arrested was Joel Cubillo Amparado, 36 years old, single,
a resident of the above mentioned place. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest
for the crime of slander by deeds docketed under criminal case number p-3175
issued by Hon. Deborah P Garcia Nazario, Presiding Judge Of Mctc, Piñan, La
Libertad, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 01, Piñan, Zamboanga Del Norte with recommended
bail bond fixed at six thousand pesos (₱6,000.00) for his temporary liberty. The
arrested person was brought to piñan mps for proper disposition.
