Theft Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - One Gina
Cloma Delacion, 45 years old, married, vendor and a resident of Magsaysay St.
Miputak Dipolog City, reported to Dipolog CPS that her bag containing assorted
important military identification cards, keys, cash money of Twelve Thousand
Pesos (Php12, 000.00) and dollar bills was found out missing while placed on
top of her table at Fishport Barra Dipolog City at about 6. Dipolog CPS now
conducting follow-up investigation for possible identification of the suspect.
Vehicular Accident
SALUG - Vehicular accident
transpired on the National Highway of Barangay Poblacion East Salug, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 7:30 PM in the evening of December 9, 2016. Investigation conducted
by Salug MPS disclosed that the vehicular accident (motor vehicle accident
collision on the road) was involving vehicle color black and gray combination
motorcycle (MC) XRM with plate number 6566 JS, driven by Edgar Ortaliz Igloria
54 years old, married, retired Philippine Army and a resident of Barangay
Poblacion East Salug, Zamboanga del Norte and vehicle White Nissan Navarra of
unidentified plate number. Both vehicle
were running on the same direction entering Poblacion Salug going to Ipil, and
upon reaching at the blind curved of the highway Vehicle suddenly overtake vehicle and encountered approaching vehicle from
opposite direction then encroached the lane and side swiped vehicle hitting the left hand grip handle which
causes the driver trample from the vehicle and hitting the ground and suffered
minor injuries on the different part of his body and subsequently brought to
Liloy Integrated Hospital for medication while vehicle fled towards the direction of Ipil. Salug MPS
immediately flashed Alarm the said incident for possible entrapment of the
driver of said white Nissan Navara.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Arrest of Wanted Person
KATIPUNAN - A wanted
person was arrested in Purok 1 Barangay Dos, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
9:10 AM of December 9, 2016. Katipunan MPS identified the suspect as Rachel Tarhata Regañon y Elopre, 44 years old,
and a resident of said place. This is by the suspect charged for “Viol of Art, 171 (Falsification), Revised
Penal Code” docketed in Criminal Case No.: 21269 with bail for the temporary
liberty of the suspect fixed at Ten thousand pesos (Php 10,000.00), pursuant to
the Warrant of Arrest duly signed and issued by Hon. Victoriano DL. Lacaya,
Jr., Presiding Judge, Branch 9, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City,
Zamboanga Del Norte on November 18, 2016. Suspect now detained at Katipunan MPS
for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
LILOY - Member of
Labason MPS conducted Intel Driven operation against wanted person at Baybay,
Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte about 11:30 in the morning of December 9, 2016. This
resulted to the arrest of one Rene Cabug Sobejana, 32 years old, single and a
resident of Antonino, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte. The arrest was by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest issued by Nimfa C. Padao, Acting Presiding Judge of 6th MCTC,
Labason-Kalawit-Gutalac for the crime of Attempted Homicide docketed in CC no.
3706 with bail bond recommended amounted to Php 12,000.00 for his temporary
liberty. He is now detained at BJMP, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Robbery Suspect Collared in Manukan
MANUKAN - A wanted
man was arrested at his residence in Barangay Patagan, Manukan, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 1:30 PM of December 9, 2016. PCI Nestor Moit Gania Jr – Chief, Manukan
MPS, said suspect Nonito Ansali Mogawa, 37 years old, widower, farmer, resident
of said place, was nabbed based on the warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Reymar
L. Lacaya, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 11, Sindangan
for “Robbery” docketed in Criminal Case
Number S-5438 dated 25 October 2016 with recommended bail bond amounting to One
Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHp 100,000.00). Said person now detained at Manukan
MPS for proper disposition.
3 Held in Siocon for Attempted Robbery and
Attempted Murder
SIOCON - Three individuals were
arrested by Siocon MPS in Barangay
Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 9:45 PM of December
7, 2016. This after the three suspects attempted to grab the service 9mm pistol
of PO2 Mer-Shariff Absari Hadjula, PNP member assigned at Siocon MPS, who at
that time was conducting covert security around the mentioned place in
connection with the ongoing celebration of “80th Araw Ng Siocon”. The quick response of Pcinp Joseph Maulad, Siocon Police Chief, tsaid
suspects was contained and the said attempt of robbery and killing of subject police
officer were thwarted. The three (3) suspects were arrested thru the assistance
of the people present in the area and were identified as Moner Sain Mindoon, 28
years old, married; Musid Sain Mindoon, 22 years old, single; and Rakman Sain
Mindoon, 19 years old, single, all
copra farmers and residents of Sitio Baliangan, Barangy Siay, Siocon, Zamboanga
Del Norte tried to grabbed the issued 9mm pistol and almost killed the said
police officer.. The suspects were brought to siocon district hospital for
medical and physical examination and further detained at siocon mps for proper
disposition. victim po2 hadjula was also brought to the above-mentioned hospital for
medication who sustained injuries on his body.
