Report on Thievery Incident
SIOCON - Be informed that at about 1:40 o’clock in
the afternoon of November 30, 2016 a thievery incident transpired in the
sari-sari store owned by ALLAN ALEJADO situated at the ground floor of
Elizabeth Pension house, Poblacion, Siocon ZN. Immediately, personnel of Siocon
MPS led by PCI JOSEPH REALES MAULAD responded to the area and successfully
arrested the suspect identified as BEN AHMAD, 34 years old, married, and a
resident of Sitio Logpond, Poblacion, Siocon ZN. Investigation conducted
disclosed that suspect was caught in the act by the owner when about to cart
away the twenty-five (25) kilos of rice using his Black Honda Wave 110CC
motorcycle, without plate number attached. Further, investigation disclosed
that at about 10:30 o’clock in the morning of same date one (1) sack of 25
kilos rice was also carted/taken by unidentified perpetrator. Suspect was

Report on Arrested Person for Direct Assault upon an Agent of person in
Authority
SIOCON - Be informed that at about 8:20 o’clock in
the evening of November 30, 2016, Siocon MPS received a cellphone call from the
owner of Equinox Videoke house situated at Brgy J. P Brillantes, Siocon ZDN and
reported that the group of MR. NOLAN USIN believed to be under the influence of
intoxicating liquor was creating trouble thereat. Immediately, personnel of
Siocon MPS led by SPO4 Joseph M. Neri proceeded to the area to verify the
veracity of the report. Upon arrival, thereat they saw one RICHARD LOPEZ USIN @
NOLAN shouting and even challenging any person for a fist fight. On that
instant the responding team told the suspect to calm down but instead went wild
and unruly and even challenged the authorities to a fist fight and threatened
them by saying in vernacular to quote “ May Adlaw ra mo” which prompted the
responding team arrested the suspect but the same, resisted arrest that prompted
the authorities to used reasonable force then brought to Siocon District
Hospital for liquor test and for medical and physical examination and after
which was detained at Siocon MPS for proper disposition. For information.
