Incident and Arrest of Suspect in Siocon
On June 6, 2018 at about 3:45 PM, The
person of Emily Tampon Ramirez, 28 years old, married, housewife and a resident
of Brgy. Latabon, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte together with her 5-years old daughter
reported to Siocon MPS that allegedly, her minor daughter was sexually abused
and raped by her husband.
The suspect identified as Teodoro
Damiles Ramirez Jr., 25 years old, jobless and the step-father of the victim.
Investigation revealed that at around
8:00 PM of June 5, 2018, while she and her daughter were about to go to sleep,
her daughter suddenly tell her that she was sexually molested by her stepfather
somewhere in the evening of May 12, 2018 while she and his stepfather were left
in their house for her mother was at the hospital.
Complainant added that on May 31, 2018,
the suspect also abused said minor by beating the latter by the use of wood
that caused injury to the child.
Further, upon this complaint is made,
the suspect already fled to unknown place and nowhere to be found.
Victim was brought to Rural Health Unit,
Siocon for medical examination while personnel of Siocon MPS are still
conducting follow-up operation for the possible arrest of the suspect.

Arrest
of Wanted Person in Dipolog City
On June 6, 2018 at about 5:21 PM of
June 6, 2018, PNP personnel of Dipolog City Police Station while implementing
City Ordinance 107 at Kagatan Road Extension, Miputak, Dipolog City,
particularly in front of Dipolog Bus Terminal.
The police successfully arrested Cris
Sevilla Enoy, 50 years old and a resident of San Roque, Sicayab, Dipolog City.
Subject person resisted/disobeyed the
person agent of authority after he was flagged down by said Police Officers due
to not wearing protective helmet.
Arrested person was detained at Dipolog
CPS but was rushed to Corazon Aquino Hospital, Biasaong, Dipolog City after
experiencing Heart Attack. Investigator is SPO1 Lemuelle Poracan with CP #
0907-6049-447.
Arrest
of Wanted Person in Dipolog City
PNP personnel of Dipolog City Police Station
conducted manhunt operation at South Curvada, Galas, Dipolog City at about 6:30 PM of June 7, 2018.
The police successfully arrested Nelvin
Limba Comille, 22 years old, single and a resident of said place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of WOA
issued by Judge Rogelio Laquihion of Br 7, RTC 9, Dipolog City dated May 24,
2018 for “Violation of Sec. 5 (a) in rel. to Sec. 6 (a) RA 9262”, docketed
under CC no. 22429 with bail bond amounting to Php 6,000.00.
Arrested wanted person is now detained
at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
Dead
Body Found in Roxas
On June 7, 2018 at about 6:00 AM, The
person of Bernardo Jaducana Indino, male, married, 69, was found dead at the
river of said place and they already brought the cadaver to Rubio Funeral
Homes, Brgy Piao, Roxas Zamboanga Del Norte.
Immediately, personnel of Roxas MPS
together with Rural Health Unit, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte proceeded to Rubio
Funeral Homes and conducted Post Mortem Examination to the cadaver.
Investigation disclosed that prior the
incident, at about 4:45PM of June 6, 2018, the drunk victim was last seen by
his neighbor fishing in the river at more or less five (5) meters depth using a
net (Laya).
Further, examination revealed that
there is no sign of foul play in his death. Investigator is PO3 Ambrocio Dano
with CP no. 09469806036.
