Female
arrested for stabbing her live-in partner
DAPITAN
CITY (June 23, 2018) - Stabbing
incident transpired at Purok Talisay, Barangay San Vicente, Dapitan City at about 1:10AM of June 23, 2018.

Aya-ay identified the victim as Cezar Lopez Mariga, 32 years old, male with
live-in partner and a resident of Purok Talisay, Barangay San Vicente, Dapitan
City while the suspect was his live-in partner identified as Stefanie Pasula
Calio, 25 years old, female, also a resident of same place.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed
that prior to the incident, the victim and the suspect had heated argument
inside their house. Minutes later, the victim went out to their house to avoid
his live-in partner but the latter followed and suddenly stabbed the victim.
The victim sustained stab wounds on his
back and the left portion of his neck and was brought to Jose Rizal Memorial
Hospital, Dapitan City for medical treatment, SPO1 Aya-ay.
Meanwhile, at about 1:20AM of same
date, the responding PNP personnel arrested the suspect. She was brought to
Dapitan CPS and detained in the said police station pending filing of
appropriate case in court.

KATIPUNAN,
ZamboNorte (June 23, 2018) - On June
22, 2018 at about 2:09pm, the PNP personnel of Katipunan MPS, PNP personnel of
CIDG Batangas and Regional Intelligence Unit NCR conducted Law Enforcement
Operation (service of warrant) at Barangay San Bartolome, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Jehlon Sumampat Ando, 30, male, single, and a resident of Barangay
Bulawan, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
WOA issued by Presiding Judge Reymar L. Lacaya of RTC9, Br 10, Dipolog City for
the crime of Robbery docketed under CC No 17436 and Qualified Theft docketed
under CC No 17437 dated June 20, 2012 with bail bond recommended fixed at
P30,000.00 each case.
The arrested subject person is now under
the custody of CIDG-Batangas for proper disposition.
