Wanted
Man Arrested in Liloy
On June 4, 2018 at about 11:50 AM, PNP
personnel of Liloy MPS conduct operation against wanted person at Brgy. Lamao,
Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
The operation resulted in the arrest of
Elsa Soriño Castigador, female, 42 years old, and a resident of Brgy. Fatima,
Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
She was arrested by virtue of Order of
Arrest issued by Hon. Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC Branch 28, 9th Judicial
Region, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of Qualified Theft docketed in
CC No. L-002381 dated April 26, 2018 with No Bail Recommended for (For failure
to appear in court).
Arrested person is now under the
custody of Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
Security
Guard Held for Estafa in Dipolog City
On June 4, 2018 at about 3:50PM,. PNP personnel
of Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation of wanted person at
MLhuiller, Gen. Luna St., Central Barangay, Dipolog City.
This resulted in the arrest of Arsenio
Balase Ates, 50 years old, a security guard under Ex-Unicorn Security Agency
and a resident of Lugdungan, Dipolog City.
Subject person has standing warrant of
arrest issued by Hon. Ric S. Bastasa, presiding judge of RTC branch 8, Dipolog
City dated September 13, 2016 for the crime of Estafa, docketed in criminal
case number 20195, with recommended bail bond in the amount of Thirty eight
thousand pesos (₱38,000.00).
The arrested subject person is now
under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
