nabbed for physical injuries in Liloy
LILOY,
Zamboanga del Norte (June 17, 2019) - The
PNP personnel of Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested a person during
the conduct of manhunt operation at Barangay Fatima of this municipality on
June 14, 2018 at about 2:45 PM.
This police operation was resulted in
the arrest of the suspect identified as Nepolyn M. Maligro, female, Filipino,
33 years old, single mother, self-employed and a resident of Brgy. Fatima,
Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
She was arrested by virtue of Warrant
of Arrest issued by Hon. Judge Kathia C. Adasa-Santiago of MCTC
Liloy-Tampilisan of 9th Judicial Region, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte for Grave
Threats And Slight Physical Injuries. The case Docketed under Criminal Case No.
2929 and 2930 dated September 27, 2017 with a bail recommended amounting to Two
Thousand Pesos (₱2,000.00) for each case for her temporary liberty.
Arrested wanted person is now under the

Farmers Held in Gutalac for Qualified Theft
GUTALAC,
Zamboanga del Sur (June17, 2018) – The
PNP personnel of Gutalac Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested two person
during the conduct of Law Enforcement Operation (Service of Warrant of Arrest)
at Barangay Panganuran in this municipality at about 9:30 AM of June 15, 2018.
The operation was resulted in the
arrest of the suspect identified as Bernard Mais Luis, 66 yrs. old, male, High
School graduate, married, coconut farmer and Langcrasia Mudja Luis, 64 years
old, female, housekeeper all resident of Brgy. Panganuran, Gutalac, Zamboanga
Del Norte.
They were arrested by virtue of Warrant
of Arrest issued by Oscar D. Tomarong, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial
Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte dated May 29, 2018 docketed in
Criminal Case No. L-003414 for Qualified Theft with Twenty Four Thousand Pesos
(₱24,000.00) each bail bond recommended for their temporary liberty.
Arrested wanted persons are now under

DAPITAN
CITY, Zamboanga del Norte (June 17, 2018)
– The Personnel of Dapitan City Police Station arrested the wanted person
during the conduct of manhunt operation at Barangay Banbanan in this city on June
14, 2018 at about 7:10 PM.
The police operatives identified the
arrested person as Amado Abondo Quimequime, 31 years old, male, single, a
resident of Sitio Simay, Brgy. Masidakon of this city.
The subject was arrest by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Ric S. Bastasa of Regional Trial
Court (RTC), 9TH Judicial Region, Branch 8, Dipolog City, for the crime of
Robbery with Criminal Case number 22290, dated February 26, 2018 with bail bond
recommended fixed in the amount of twenty four thousand pesos (P24,000.00).
The arrested person is now under the
custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition. (By

Dead, 2 Hurt in Dipolog City road mishap
DIPOLOG
CITY, Zamboanga del Norte (June 17, 2018) –
A vehicular traffic accident transpired along National Highway Sangkol, Dipolog
City On June 14, 2018 at about 7:45 AM.
Investigator on Case PO1 Jose Marvin
Carl Robles disclosed that the accident involving three vehicles:
Vehicle 1 – Black Honda wave with plate
number 68208, and driven by Timmy Intic Misario, 17 yo, single, a resident of
Lapayanbaja Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte,
Vehicle 2 – Red Honda CBR with
temporary plate number 0701-652781 and driven by Marlon Rubiato Crismundo, 41
years old, single, a resident of Dangi Polanco, with backrider Lucio Talido
Cresmundo, 70 years old, widower, a resident of Dangi Polanco, and
Vehicle 3 – Honda XRM with temporary
plate number 090101 and driven by Ariel Galleposo Descallar, 23 years old,
single, a resident of Palaran Cawa-Cawa Dapitan, with back rider Glairedeo
Pahulas y Carcallas, 21 years old, single, a resident of Sulangon Dapitan City.
The back rider of Vehicle 2 sustained
injuries on the different parts of his body was brought to City Health Office
in Dipolog City but was pronounced dead by Dr. Mata, Attending Physician.
The drivers of Vehicle 1 and 2
sustained injuries on the different parts of their bodies and was brought to
Zanorte Medical Center Hospital for medical treatment.
All Vehicles incurred damage and were

old boy died for maltreatment, couple arrested
DIPOLOG
CITY, Zamboanga del Norte (June 17, 21018) -
The personnel of Dipolog City Police Station arrested the couple for violation
of R.A. 7510, they were accused of maltreatment of 1-year old boy resulted to
his death on June 14, 2018 at about 2:55 PM.
The victim child identified as Vince
Amorganda, 1 year old, male, a resident of Purok Cacao, Minaog, Dipolog City,
his grandfather Edgardo Amorganda, 56 years old and a resident of Galas of this
city admitted him at Dipolog City Hospital.
The victim was diagnosed with multiple
burn marks, all extremities, multiple abrasion; chin, abdomen, back, left
temple, hematoma at left hand secondary to child abuse.
The said victim also sustained suspected
burn at the right thigh, the attending physician declared him dead at about
8:30 in the evening of the same date.
Initial investigation disclosed that
the victim was turned-over by his grandfather to the couple Edmarie Magsayo y
Amorganda, and Pablito Magsayo, both of legal age, married and a resident of
Purok Madasigon, Sicayab, Dipolog City as guardian of the victim.
Further, said guardian failed to do
their responsibility and maltreated the victim.
Suspect now temporarily detained at
Dipolog City Police Station pending filing of appropriate charges in court. (By J. CADION)

Arrested in Dipolog for Usurpation of Authority
DIPOLOG
CITY, Zamboanga del Norte (June 17, 2018)
- The joint government troops of Intelligence Operatives of Dipolog City Police
Station in coordination with Zamboanga Del Norte Provincial Mobile Force
Company and Military Intel Agencies arrested two-wanted person on June 14, 2018
at about 12:00 noon.
The operating troops turned-over to
Dipolog City Police Station the living body of arrested person identified as Rujean
Cajocon Y Laguitao, 38 years old, married a resident of Peddler, Labason,
Zamboanga del Norte and Miko Cavan Y Villanueva, 44 years old, married, with
postal address at Brgy. Lux Gutalac Zamboanga del Norte.
The subject persons were arrested in an
entrapment operation by above operating troops at Bons Café located in Gonzales
Street, Central Barangay, Dipolog City. The suspects introduce themselves as
Intelligence Operatives of Philippine Army, Philippine Movement Intelligence
Group (PHIL-MIG) under Department of National Defense.
The suspects are asking money to their
victims amounting (Php3, 000) each for the issuance of Mission Order of their
carried Fire Arms.
The victims were identified as Danny
Boy Timbolique y Enong, 49 years old, married, a resident of Purok Pinya
Dicayas and Bernardo Martinez y Siano, 48 years old, married, a resident of
Purok Dwarf Santan Gulayon Dipolog City in the amount of Three Thousand pesos.
The operating troops recovered from the
possession and control of Rujean Cajocon - a brown sling bag containing the
following items:
-One (1) unit Colt cal. 45 pistol colored
black with serial no. 122375, with (1) one magazine loaded with (3) live
ammunition,

dated March 24, 2018,

PHIL-MIG members and
-1 pc. Serviceable cellular my phone
brand.
The above mentioned suspects were
temporarily detained at Dipolog City Police Station pending filing of
appropriate case against them in court while the caliber colt .45 pistol will
be turn over to Provincial crime laboratory office for Ballistic examination.
The other recovered items will be
