Arrested in Labason for Serious Physical Injuries in Lanason
PNP personnel of Labason Municipal Police
Station (MPS) conducted Intel Driven operation particularly at Sitio Tayagan,
Brgy. Osukan, Labason Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:40 PM of June 11, 2018.
The successful operation was resulted
in the arrest of Alberto Aguisando Empestan Jr, 23 years old, male, married,
farmer and Almar Aguisando Empestan, 19 years old, male, single, laborer and
both resident of Sitio Tayagan, brgy Osukan, Labason Zamboanga Del Norte.
They were arrested by virtue of warrant
of Arrest issued by Hon. Oscar D. Tomarong, Judge of RTC Branch 28 Liloy for Serious
Physical Injuries docketed in criminal case number L-003411 with bail
recommended of Php 24,000.00 each for their temporary liberty.
PNP member Alleged Ambush by unidentified person in Gutalac
An alleged ambushed incident transpired
particularly mountainous road at Brgy. New Dapitan, Gutalac, Zamboanga del
Norte at about 6:30 AM of June 11, 2018, involving PO2 Rey
Torrefranca Saladaga, 38 years old, married, residence of above mentioned
barangay, active PNP personnel of Gutalac Municipal Police Station, Gutalac,
Zamboanga del Norte.
At around 7:05 AM of same date, PO2 Rey
Torrefranca Saladaga arrived at Gutlac MPS and reported that he was waylaid and
shoot several times by unidentified persons.
Immediately, Alert team of Gutalac MPS on
board with PNP marked vehicle (Mahindra) and proceeded to the area to verify
the veracity of said report.
Upon arrival thereat and initial
investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that while PO2 Rey
Torrefranca Saladaga in complete PNP uniform travelling from his house at Brgy
New Dapitan proper going to Gutalac MPS to render official duty and to attend
the traditional Monday flag raising ceremony.
While he was driving his single MC from
spell way approaching the flat top of the mountainous road he was fired upon by
two (2) unidentified persons.
However, he was luckily not being hit
and managed to pull over his single MC and fired back several times towards the
perpetrator using his issued short firearm but the perpetrator abrupt and ran
downwards the cliff of the grassy mountain going to the stream of the said
place for their possible exit.
Recovered from the crime scene were
four (4) empty shells of caliber 9mm and believed that the firearm used by the
perpetrator was KG9 evidence by its way of sounds and discharged.
PNP personnel of Gutalac MPS are now
conducted manhunt operation for identification, possible apprehension of the
suspect and to determine its motive.

Report
on Hacking Incident in Gutalac
Hacking incident transpired at Sitio
Sapa Masalag, Brgy. Cocob, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte at around 7:00 PM of
June 10, 2018 which is 5 kilometers estimated distance from the Highway.
The suspect identified as one Reneboy Lumimas
(Unknown Middle Name) aka “Rene”, 28 years old, male, married, farmer and
resident of Brgy. Cocob, Gutalac, ZDN and victim identified as one Welmer dela
Cruz y Amayac aka “Dodong”, 32 years old, male, single, elementary gradĂșate,
farmer and a resident of Brgy. Map, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Immediately, Alert team of Gutalac MPS
left the said station on board with PNP marked vehicle (Mahindra) and proceeded
to the area to verify the veracity of said report.
Initial investigation conducted by the
responding team revealed that sometime at around 6:30 PM of June 10, 2018
particularly at the house owned by Punso Sumolong situated at Sitio Sapa
Masalag, Brgy. Cocob, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte, these two (2) persons were
having a drinking session but in the long run the suspect abrupt and drew his
bolo from his waist and without any reason hacked the victim and hit at his right wrist.
The victim sustained a hacked wound at
his right wrist and brought to the Municipal Rural Health Unit of this
municipality for medical management while currently the suspect fled and toward
to unknown direction.

Report
on Recovered Cadaver in Siocon
A cadaver of a male person was found at
Sitio Sapa Likod, Brgy. S. Cabral, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:50 PM
of June 11, 2018.
Acted on the report, alert team of
Siocon MPS together with the representative from Rural Health Unit of Siocon,
immediately proceeded to the place purposely to verify the veracity of the said
report and conduct ocular investigation/inspection. Upon reaching thereat, the
victim was already brought to Siocon district Hospital by his immediate family.
Responding authorities identified the
victim as Ronald Apatan Herbiro, 23 years old, Filipino, single, and a resident
of barangay S. Cabral of said municipality.
Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that subject person was fishing using electric fishing gear (battery
operated) at the creek of Sitio Sapa Likod of the said Brgy.
While going home passing through the
same creek, he accidently slipped and the back portion of his head hit/bumped
on a stone that cause his untimely death. Post mortem examination conducted by
Dr. Abdel-Razid B. Tahir, MD, attending physician revealed no foul play and
that the injury on his head is the cause of death.

of Wanted Persons in Labason

Arrested were Alberto Empestan y
Aguisando Jr, 23 years old, male, married, farmer and Almar Empestan y
Aguisando, 19 years old, male, single, laborer and both resident of Sitio
Tayagan, Brgy Osukan, Labason Zamboanga del Norte. Both accused has standing
warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Oscar D. Tomarong, Judge of RTC Branch 28
Liloy for Violation of Serious Physical Injuries docketed in criminal case
number L-003411 with bail recommended of Php 24,000.00 each for their temporary
liberty.
Subject persons were successfully
arrested during the conduct of the untiring Intel driven manhunt operation,
against wanted persons and with the help of active BIN’s and EIB’s in the area.
Suspects now temporarily detained at
Labason MPS for proper disposition.

Arrested for Adultery in Loloy
Personnel of Tampilisan MPS arrested a
wanted man at the vicinity of Barangay Baybay, Liloy Zamboanga del Norte at about
9:30 AM of June 11, 2018. Arrested was identified as John Lloyd Vallecer, male,
33 years old, single, OFW and a resident of Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga
Del Norte.
This is by virtue Warrant of Arrest
issued by Hon. Judge Kathia C Adasa-Santiago, MCTC, 9TH Judicial Region, Branch
28, Liloy, ZN dated May 7, 2018 with three (3) count docketed in Criminal Case
Number 3041, 3042 and 3043 for Adultery with bail bond recommended Php
12,000.00 each case.
The suspect was properly informed by
the nature of his offense and his rights vested in the Constitution as well as
his rights against Anti-Torture Law in a dialect he fully understood.
Thereafter, the suspect was brought to
Tampilisan Rural Health Unit, Tampilisan, for medical and physical
examinations.
The arrested person was now detained at
Tampilisan MPS detention cell for proper disposition while waiting for the
commitment order issued by the above mentioned issuing court.
