Incident
and Arrest of Suspect in Liloy
Stabbing incident transpired at Brgy.
Overview, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 6:35 PM of June 3, 2018.
Acting on the said report PNP personnel
of Liloy MPS proceeded to the place of incident purposely to verify the
veracity of the report.
Upon arrival there at an Initial
investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that, the victim Mr
Diognes Boquida Alaformina, male, Filipino, married, 33 years old, farmer and a
resident of Overview, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
They have a drinking spree together
with his uncle Mr Sumadal Galindo at the house of Barangay Councilor Dante
Basay, suddenly the suspect arrived and without any reason drew a screw driver
and stabbed the victim.
Victim sustained stabbed wound on his
left leg and was immediately brought to Liloy Integrated Health District
Hospital for medical treatment.
Suspect was identified as Richard
Muscay, male, Filipino, married, 33 years old and a resident of same place who
was able to escape to unknown direction after the incident.
Recovered from the crime scene was one
(1) piece of screw driver measuring more or less 12 inches long. Incident
happened at about 6:30 PM of June 3, 2018.
Robbery
Incident in Sirawai
Robbery incident transpired at the
house of Jovanie Obra y Amongos, 34 years old, married, resident of Barangay
Proper, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Accordingly, at about 11:15PM of June
2, 2018, while they were sleeping, they noticed an unidentified person roaming
inside their house, the family members were alarmed that prompted the suspect
to flee to unknown direction.
Immediately, PNP personnel of Sirawai
MPS responded to the crime scene. Initial investigation conducted disclosed
that the suspect forcibly entered the house of the complainant through the
ceiling and carted personal belongings with cash amounting to Two Thousand
Pesos (P2, 000.00).
Recovered at the crime scene were One
Umbrella with named Amina Nasal Uttoh and one (1) kitchen Knife.
PNP personnel of Sirawai MPS conducted
hot pursuit operation and with the information given by the Eye in the
Barangay, the suspect was identified as Adjilaya Y Sahabi, 27 years old,
married, Sikad Driver and a resident of Barangay Sirawai Proper, Sirawa.
At about 9:00AM of June 3, 2018, the
suspect was arrested at his residence and recovered from the possession of the
suspect was a bag containing cash amounting to P2, 500.00.
The arrested suspect was brought to
Sirawai MPS and further detained thereat for proper disposition. Investigator
