Rape Suspect Arrested
DIPOLOG
CITY - On or about 3:00 PM of January 11, 2018, PNP personnel of Dipolog CPS
and Zamboange Del Norte PPO conducted joint manhunt operation at Purok
Madasigon, Sicayab, Dipolog City. This resulted to the arrest of Abel Billo
Rambo, 18 years old, single and a resident of Purok Madasigon, Sicayab, Dipolog
City. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Ric S.
Bastasa of RTC9, Branch 8, Dipolog City for the Crime of Rape docketed under cc
no. 22119 without bail recommended. The arrested subject person is presently
detained at said police station for proper disposition.
Farmer Arrested for Murder
SIAYAN –
On or at about 3:45 PM of January 11, 2018, PNP personnel of Siayan MPS together
with PNP personnel of Zamboanga Del Norte Provincial Mobile Company conducted
manhunt operation of wanted person at Sitio Milaob Pase, Barangay Moyo, Siayan.
This resulted in the arrest of Cesar Totongan Garcia, 47 years old, married,
farmer, and a resident of Sitio Milaob Pase, Barangay Moyo, Siayan. This is by
virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Reymar L. Lacaya of RTC9,
Branch 11, Sindangan, dated August 31, 2017 for the crime of attempted murder
docketed under cc no. s-5647 with bail bond recommended fixed at P120, 000.00. The
arrested subject person is presently detained at Siayan MPS for proper
disposition.
