Mauling Incident
DIPOLOG
CITY – On or about 11:15 pm of January 14, 2017, Mario Dandi Dalman Romano, 34
years old, single, a resident of Rizal Ave., Central, Dipolog City, general
manager of d’ hotel & suites situated at the aforesaid address came and
reported to Dipolog CPS and alleged that at about 10:20 PM of same date, he was
boxed by Stephen Daubney, British national, of legal age, a resident of Caltex
Gasoline Station, Tampilisan. The victim was hit on his face that resulted to
injuries. He further added that the said suspect failed to pay his hotel bill
of d’ hotel & suites amounting to (Php 2,825.00). Immediately, personnel of Dipolog CPS responded
to the area but suspect already fled to unknown direction after the incident. The
complainant already filed a case through regular filing against the suspect.
RA 9262 Violator Arrested
TAMPILISAN
- PNP personnel of Tampilisan MPS conducted manhunt operation of wanted person
at Dee Rubber Processing Plant located at Barangay Molos, Tampilisan, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 11:30 AM of January 15, 2018. This resulted in the arrest of
Constantino Chua Dee, 48 years old, married and a businessman of said place. Subject
person has standing warrant of arrest issued by Judge Lorna F. Catris-Chua
Cheng Of Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region, Branch 168,
City Of Marikina, dated November 27, 2017 for violation of sec. 5 (1) of RA 9262
docketed under cc#2017-18510-11-mk with bail bond recommended amounting to Php 24,
000.00. The arrested subject person is presently detained at Tampilisan MPS for
proper disposition.
Rape Suspect
DIPOLOG
CITY - Operatives of Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at
Purok Madasigon, Sicayab, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:00 AM of January 15,
2017 that resulted to the arrest of abel billo rambo, 18 years old, a resident
of said place. He was arrested by virtue of warrant arrest issued by Judge Jose
Rene G. Dondoyano of Branch 6, 8th RTC, Dipolog City docketed under cc#22106
for crime of rape without bail recommended.
The arrested subject person is presently is detained at Dipolog CPS for
proper disposition.
Vehicular Accident
MANUKAN
– On or about 5:15 PM of January 15, 2018, vehicular traffic accident
transpired at the National Highway of Brgy. San Antonio, Manukan, Zamboanga Del
Norte wherein black Honda bravo100 motorcycle bearing plate no. mc18368, owned
and driven by Rico Pancho Santander, 30 years old with two (2) back riders, his
father and nephew Calvin Gantalao Santander, 57 years old and James Aron Pancho
Omisol, 9 years old, all residents of said place. Initial investigation
conducted disclosed that while said motorcycle was travelling from Brgy.
Villaramos going to Brgy. San Antonio, all of Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte and
upon reaching the place of accident, the driver maneuvered to the other side of
the road but suddenly the tire slipped due to high elevation. As a result, the
motorcycle at its riders fell on the asphalted road and as a consequence, all
victims sustained injuries in different parts of their bodies. All injured
victims were brought to Manukan Rural Health unit but Calvin Gantalao Santander
was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. The investigator on
case is Po2 Martin Medillin Carcedo – 0909-129-5877.
