Incident
SIRAWAI - Shooting incident transpired at Brgy.
Doña Cecilla, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte, at about 10:45 AM of January 10,
2018, wherein victim identified as Armando Valiente Jimenez, 41 years old,
married, a habal-habal driver, and resident of Guban, Sirawai Zamboanga Del
Norte. Initial investigation disclosed that victim was driving his single
motorcycle TMX Honda with plate number 4516-QI from Sirawai downtown going to
Brgy. Guban, upon reaching the place of incident, said victim was shot by
unidentified suspect, using cal. 45. Victims sustain multiple gunshots wound on
his different parts of his body that causes his untimely death. Sirawai MPS is
now conducting follow-up investigation for possible identification and arrest
of the suspect. Motive of the incident is still to be determined. Recovered
from crime scene are seven (7) empty shell of cal.45 and 1 slug of Cal 45. The

SIOCON - Shooting incident transpired at brgy.
latabon, siocon, zamboanga del norte at about 6:50 PM of January 10, 2018. The victim
was identified as Ben Alibbon Jakarain, 45 years old, male, married and
resident of Brgy. Tanod of Brgy. Malambuhangin, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial
investigation disclosed that victim was together with the other customer were
standing in front of the store owned by Ursula Magdua, Micabalo, 50 years old,
married, businesswoman and a resident of Brgy. Latabon, Siocon when more or
less six (6) unidentified men tried to barge into the store but were blocked by
the concern citizens around. Said armed men fled the place, while fleeing, the
said armed men fired a short firearms which hit the victim and sustained
different gunshot wounds in his body. Victim was brought to Siocon District
Hospital for immediate medical attention and now in stable condition. Recovered
from the crime scene were, three (3) spent cartridges of believed to be of m16
rifle and three (3) fired empty shells of believed to be a caliber .45 and two
(2) sets of slippers believed to be owned by the assailants. siocon mps in
coordination with other force multipliers are now conducting follow-up
investigation for possible identification and arrest of the suspects. Possible
motive of the incident is robbery. The investigator is case is PO2 Siegfried
Mirasol Dela Cruz with CP number 0917-7665-763.

SIOCON - A fire incident was transpired at Toledo
Residence Located in Brgy. Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
11:20 PM of January 10, 2018. The personnel of Siocon MPS proceeded to the area
for verification and now conducting perimeter security while BFP personnel
conducting firefight. Meanwhile, at about 12:20 AM of Jan 11, 2018 a total fir
out has been declared by BFP of Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte. Two bodies were
trapped inside the house that were identified as Martina Ruferos Toledo, 71
years old, retired teacher and her granddaughter and Marcelle Abby “Un”
Tolentino Toledo, 15 years old, Grade 9 Student at Siocon National High School
(SNHS). The fire arson investigator of BFP said that the possible cause of fire
is unattended candle for Siocon is suffering from total blackout. The estimated
cause of damage is more or less P200, 000.00.
