Arrest of Wanted Person
GUTALAC - On or about
7:00 AM of January
18, 2018 , personnel of Gutalac MPS
conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Canuto Enerio, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte.
This resulted in the arrest of Margarito Lemosnero Daga, 52 years old, married,
security guard and a resident of said place, by virtue of warrant of arrest
issued by judge Oscar D Tomarong, RTC 9,
Branch 28, Liloy dated May 29, 2017 for violation of sec 5(a) of ra 9262 docketed
in cc # l-003176 with bail bond recommended fixed at P60, 000.00. Subject
person was arrested is now temporary detained at Gutalac MPS for proper
disposition.

MANUKAN - Operatives
of Manukan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Dipane, Manukan Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 1:20 PM of January 18, 2018. This resulted
in the arrest of Anthony Gumalas Acolicol, 41 years old, single a resident of Brgy.
Dipane, Manukan Zamboanga Del Norte. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest
issued by Reynante B. Orceo, Acting Chairman of the Board of Pardons Parole, DOJ
agencies bldg. NIA road Corner East Avenue Diliman, Quezon City for “having
violated the probations of his parole”. subject person was previously convicted
of homicide by the RTC, branch 53, manila with cc # 02-203399 and sentenced to
an indeterminate prison term of 10 years and 1 day to 17 years and 4 months and
was granted parole on April 28, 2016, that while on parole a case of attempted
homicide was filed against him last august 29, 2017 that led to the termination
of his parole. Subject is now under custody of Manukan MPS for proper
disposition.

KATIPUNAN - On or about
3:30 PM of January 18, 2018, a joint personnel of Katipunan MPS conducted
manhunt operation at Brgy Sinuyak,
Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte. This resulted in the arrest of Regan Lumindig
Aking, 24 years old, single and a resident of said place by virtue of warrant
of arrest charged for the crime of frustrated homicide, under cc # 17-165,
issued by Presiding Judge Ruben N Bance Of RTC 9, Branch 29, San Miguel,
Zamboanga Del Sur with bail of (php 24,000.00) dated October 3, 2017. Subject
is a wanted person of Pitogo MPS, Zamboanga Del Sur. Arrested person now
temporarily detained at katipunan mps for proper disposition.
