Hacking Incident
DIPOLOG
CITY - Hacking incident transpired at Gulayon, Dipolog City at about 3:30 PM of
January 9, 2018 wherein two female victims identified as Merlie Fernandez
Estera, 43 years old, married and Emelda Pugosa Perilla, 47 years old, married
and all resident of same place were hacked by suspect identified as Ronnie
Velasco Hipos, 54 years old, married and a resident of Villahermosa, Polanco,
Zamboanga Del Norte. Victims sustained hacked wounds on their body and were
brought to Corazon Aquino Medical Hospital for medication. Suspect was voluntarily surrendered to Polanco
MPS with the weapon used 25 inches long to include its wooden handle and then
turned over to Dipolog CPS. Motive of the incident is personal grudge. Suspect
is presently detained at Dipolog CPS pending filing of appropriate charges in
court. The investigator on case is PO2 Daisy Merry Bangquiao with cellphone
number 09101644124.
Tricycle Driver Arrested in Drug
Buy-Bust Operation
SIOCON - PNP personnel of Siocon MPS conducted
drug buy bust operation at Brgy. Poblacionm, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 02:15 PM of January 9, 2018 particularly at the hongkong lodge that
resulted to the arrest of Kaysar
Musaddin Musaddin, 28 years old, male, married, tricycle driver, resident of Brgy,
Bucana, Siocon. Confiscated from his possession and control were the following:
one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white
crystalline granules believed to be shabu, (buy-bust item), one (1) piece heat
sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules
believed to be shabu, (test-buy evidence), one (1) piece heat sealed
transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to
be shabu, (possession), one (1) disposable lighter colored violet; four (4)
pcs. Cut/rolled aluminum tin foils; one (1) pc. Five hundred peso bill
(₱500.00) with serial number v539492 (buy bust money), one (1) pc. one thousand
peso bill (₱1,000.00) with serial number ee748708 (believed to be proceeds of
his illegal drug selling), one (1) unit cellular phone with SIM card and
battery inserted, one (1) unit power bank, colored grey. Inventory, markings of
seized items were conducted in the presence of the above-named suspect;
arresting officers, Kagawad Ramon C. Villeta, Kagawad Eriberto R. Canama and
Media Representative Jeometh F. Tabotabo and set their signatures on the
seizure receipt. confiscated heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing
white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu, will be turned over to Zamboanga
Del Norte Police Crime Laboratory for examination and to determine the presence
of dangerous drugs/ essential chemicals and further take initial custody of the
same. The arrested person is presently detained at Siocon MPS for filing of
appropriate charges in court.
Another Dead Person Found
LILOY - A
man was discovered dead body at the lobby of the LGU Municipal Building of Liloy,
Zamboanga Del Norte
at about
6:20 AM of January 9, 2018. The cadaver was identified as Julian Bajo Munez,
male, 53 years old, married and a resident of Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del
Norte, employed at LGU Liloy as casual and designate as garbage collector. Post
mortem examination was conducted by Dra. Nanette D. Digamon Municipal Health
Officer found out that the cause of death was cardiac arrest.
