Arrest of Wanted Person
KATIPUNAN -
Operatives of Katipunan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Patik,
Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 12:40 PM of
January 17, 2018. This resulted in the arrest of Patrick Bonete, 24 years old,
married and a resident of Purok 7, Barangay Patik, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del
Norte. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Kenneth P Rosal
Of Bulwagan Ng Katarunagan, Dipolog City Dated June 2, 2016 for violation of
city ordinance 107 docketed under cc no. b-45912-45913 with bail bond
recommended amounting to two thousand pesos (P2,000.00). The arrested is
presently detained at Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.
RA 7610 Violator Arrested
KATIPUNAN - PNP personnel
of Katipunan MPS conducted manhunt operation of wanted person at Brgy Mias,
Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 2:10 PM of
January 17, 2018. This resulted in the arrest of Lorregene A Sumagop, 24 years
old, married and a resident of Brgy Mias, Katipunan. This is by virtue of
warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D Laquihon, RTC9, Br 7,
Dipolog City dated auf 25, 2016 for violation of sec 10 (a) of RA 7610,
docketed under cc no. 20837 with bail bond recommended fixed at p80,000.00. The
arrested subject person is presently detained at Katipunan MPS for proper
disposition.
Violation of R.A 9165
DIPOLOG CITY – On or about
12:45 PM of January 16, 2018, operatives of Dipolog City Police Station and
PDEA conducted joint buy bust operation at Brgy. Turno, Dipolog City, Zamboanga
Del Norte. This resulted in the arrest of Mateo Niñal Saldariega, 30 years old,
single, a resident of Bolicon, Turno, Dipolog City and Leonel Molida Bandiala,
32 years old, married and a resident of Brgy. Turno, Dipolog City. Confiscated from
thier possession and control are one (1) pc big size heat-sealed transparent
plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, one
(1) pc. medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white
crystalline granules believed to be shabu (possession), one (1) heat-sealed
plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to
be shabu (buy bust) one (1) pc php 500 bill with serial number x910532 (buy
bust money), one (1) unit ckk cellular phone model s16 color red w/ sim card
& battery, one (1) unit black cherry mobile cellular phone model c8i w/ sim
card. All drug items were brought to Provincial Crime Laboratory, New Airport
Drive, Minaog, Dipolog City for chemical examination and weighing while the
non-drug items were in the custody of Dipolog CPS. Estimated street value of
confiscated shabu is amounting to Sixty Thousand Pesos [Php 60,000.00]. The
arrested subject persons are presently detained at said police station pending
filing of appropriate charges in court.
Rape Incident
JOSE DALMAN – On or about
12:30 PM of January 17, 2018, rape incident transpired at Brgy Poblacion, Jose
Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte wherein victim identified as a 13 years old, single
was sexually molested/raped by suspect identified as Benedicto Bolivar Bantaya,
62 years old, single, both resident of Brgy Poblacion, Jose Dalman. Meanwhile
at about 2:40 PM of same date, suspect was arrested at Brgy Pob., Jose Dalman,
by the responding team of Jose Dalman MPS. The arrested subject person is
presently detained at Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition.
Stabbing Incident
LILOY – On or about
8:30 PM of January 17, 2018, a stabbing incident transpired at Brgy Goin,
Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte wherein victim Junrey Masuela Gaas, male, married,
26 years old, farmer by occupation and a resident of Goin, Liloy, Zamboanga Del
Norte was stabbed by Matias Maghanoy Liyaga, male, married, 39 years old and
Melvin Cohena Omandam, male, married, 34 years old, both residence of Goin,
Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at
about 7:30 PM of same date, that the victim and friends were having a drinking
spree at the store of Marianila Ruales Rabor located at Brgy Goin, Liloy,
Zamboanga Del Norte, when suddenly two suspects believed to be under the
influence of liquor, appeared and without any apparent reason broke the bottle
of kulafu and stabbed the victim hitting at his left stomach and left elbow.
Victim was immediately brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for
medical treatment. Suspect was arrested by the responding PNP personnel of
Liloy MPS. Motive of the incident believed to be personal grudge. The arrested
subject person is presently detained at Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
