Robbery Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - An Alleged Robbery Hold-up incident occurred in Dipolog City at about
7:00 PM November 18, 2016, wherein one Marilyn Quezon Y Francisco, 25 years
old, single and a resident of compound Pangaan, Mayahag, Zamboanga Del Sur, and
temporarily residing at Dioscora Tan’s Residence, Gomez Street, Barra Dipolog
City, allegedly she was robbed by unidentified suspects while walking at Mabini
Street corner Osmeña Street, Barra, Dipolog City. Initial investigation
conducted disclose that the victim while walking on the aforementioned street
purposely to buy viand for her dinner, an unidentified male suspect wearing
dirty white jacket with hood tailed him and upon reaching at the dark portion
of the Street, another unidentified suspect was waiting for her and grab her
jacket and asked her money while pointing an object to her waist whom she
believed to be a gun. The suspect then took her money amounting to Fifteen
Thousand Pesos (P15, 000.00) more or less and placed it on a brown bag then
fled to unknown direction. The Dipolog City Police Station conducting follow-up
investigation for possible identification of the suspects.
Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI - Shooting
Incident transpired at Oil Mill Building, Sirawai Proper, Sirawai, Zamboanga del
Norte at about 7:30 PM of November 19, 2016. The victim was identified as one
Jerry Macoycruz, married, 35 years old, farmer and a resident of said place. He
was shot by unidentified person/s using unknown caliber firearms while he was
on his way home about eight meters away from his residence. The victim
sustained two gunshot wounds on his shoulder and left abdomen and immediately
brought by his relatives to Sirawai
Rural Health Unit. Sirawai MPS is now conducting follow-up investigation for
possible ident and arrest of the suspect.

Stabbing Incident
ROXAS- Stabbing
incident transpired at about 5:05PM of November 19, 2016 in Barangay Piñamar,
Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte. The victim was identified as Danilo Tuganan Ledama,
27 years old, single and a resident of same place. He was stabbed by Gardson
Ligutom, 36 years old, with live-in partner and resident of same place using
broken bottle. Investigation showed that prior to the incident, the duo were
having heated arguments that resulted to the said incident. Victim was brought
to Zamboanga Del Norte Medical Center, Dipolog City while suspect was arrested
by the responding PNP at about 11:30 PM same date and now detained at Roxas
MPS.

SINDANGAN - Operatives
of Sindangan MPS conducted buy bust operation at about 1:25 AM of November 19,
2016 at Goleo, Sindangan, against the noted drug pusher identified as Juliver
Ragudos Y Baluarte, 23 years old, male, single and temporary residing at
Barangay Disud, Sindangan, and a resident of Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte.
During the buy bust operation and drug trade, the subject Juliver Ragudos
noticed that he was transacting a police officer after PO2 Jessy Ray Adipen who
acted as poseur buyer directly grasp the hand of the suspect right after the
transaction but unfortunately, the suspect resisted and evaded the arrest then
run going to his one (1) companion on board with unidentified motorcycle
situated a few meters away from the transaction site then immediately pulled
undetermined caliber of firearm from his waist and fired towards PO2 Jessy Ray
Adipen but luckily the police officer was not hit that prompted the other
member of the team to retaliate and fired back towards the subject (Juliver
Ragudos) which resulted the latter sustained gunshot wounds on his body while
his companion immediately fled on board with his driven motorcycle after he
heard a gunshot leaving behind the suspect.
Suspect was immediately brought to Sindangan District Hospital by the
operating PNP personnel for immediate medical treatment but pronounce dead on
arrival by the attending physician Dr. Ellyn L. Carabaña. Immediately, after the said operation,
Sindangan MPS directly contacted this office to requests ZN-PNP Crime
Laboratory Office (ZNPCLO) to conduct Scene of the Crime Operation (SOCO) at
the crime scene as well as fingerprint taking and paraffin test of the
cadaver. Further, the result of SOCO
team will follow thereafter while the cadaver of the suspect is now in the
morgue of Sindangan District Hospital for proper disposition.

crime scene six pieces fired cartridge
case for caliber 9mm, one (1) piece fired cartridge case for caliber .45, one
(1) unit cal. 45 colt with serial number 152617 loaded with one (1) fired
cartridge case and five (5) pieces live ammunitions and magazine. At Sindangan District Hospital the Zamboanga
del Norte Provincial Crime Laboratory (ZNPCLO) conducted search to the suspect
and recovered from his possession one (1) piece five hundred (Php 500.00) pesos
with serial number JB629612 marked money, one (1) piece cherry mobile cell
phone C8i, color black, one (1) piece bangle, wrist stainless, two (2) pieces
rings bronze and stainless, one (1) piece mentos plastic container color green
containing ten (10) sachets of white crystalline granules believed to be shabu,
paraffin test and post mortem fingerprint was also conducted at Sindangan
District Hospital and was witnessed by Barangay Chairman Neil Albert S Jamora
of Goleo, Sindangan and media representative Mr. Rolando B Oguis. Further, PO2
Jessy Ray acted as poseur buyer turned-over one (1) sachet of shabu. Cadaver of
the suspect was now in the morgue of Sindangan District Hospital for proper
disposition.

DIPOLOG CITY - Joint elements
of Dipolog City Police Station, PDEA and CIDG implemented the Search Warrant
no. 11010-10 dated November 10. 2016 issued by Hon. Judge Ric Bastasa of RTC
BR. 8, Dipolog City to the residence of Crisanto Tolentino Gulang a.k.a. Maral,
36 years old, married and Jeanet Villaflores Acevedo, 37 years old, single at
Purok Pag-asa, Brgy. Barra, Dipolog City about 6:00 am, November 19, 2016that resulted
to the recovery of one (1) piece of white sando bag, five (5) pieces
transparent plastic sachet containing suspected dried marijuana leaves, two (2)
pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline
substance believe to be shabu, one (1) unit weighing scale, one (1) piece
blue/green the north face sling bag containing two (2) pieces cal .45 live
ammos one (1) pink container containing suspected marijuana stalks, one (1)
piece improvised pipe, one (1) piece improvised green hose used as tooter and
one (1) piece red water pipe. The same
team conducted simultaneously buy-bust operation at the computer shop of the
above-cited persons located at the same place that resulted to the recovery of
one (1) piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet believe to be “shabu”,
one (1) piece plastic cellophane, one (1) unit colt cal.45 with serial number
853629, one (1) .45 caliber magazine with eight
pieces live ammos, one (1) unti cellular phone, one unit .22 caliber,
one (1) piece php100 peso bill with serial number qt722180, ten (10) pieces
heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance
one (1) unit cellular phone six one
thousand pesos bill, one (1) piece thousand peso bill, five (5) pieces fifty
peso bill two (2) pieces twenty peso bills twenty (20) pieces live ammos for
m16 rifle. Suspects were arrested and now detained at Dipolog City Police Station
for filing of appropriate charges in court.
