Accomplishment Report on Campaign Against Illegal Drugs
LILOY - Be informed that at about 8:50 o’clock in
the morning of November 17, 2016, PNP personnel of Liloy MPS through
intelligence operatives, received information from a confidential informant
that a drug trade operation will transpire at Brgy. Baybay, Liloy, ZN. Acted
upon the received information, at about 9:30 o’clock in the morning of same
date, Intelligence Operatives composed of PO3 Michael Su, PO2 Sanito Capillanes
and PO1 Rene Sibug in coordination with PDEA, Zamboanga del Norte conducted a
drug buy bust operation at the above-mentioned place and successfully arrested
one (1) Dhrem Fernandez Lañojan, a Street Level Target, male, single, 30 years
old, fisherman, Filipino and a resident of Purok San Juan, Baybay, Liloy,
Zamboanga del Norte. Recovered from his possession and control were the
following items: a. One (1) piece small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline granules believed to be “SHABU” (buy bust
evidence), b. One (1) piece small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets
containing white crystalline granules believed to be “SHABU”, c. Two (2) pieces
one-hundred-peso bill bearing serial nos. ME545529 and MJ299820 as marked
money. The inventory of above items was conducted in the presence of Hon.
Reynaldo C. Gimolatan, Brgy Councilor of Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
The arrested suspect was brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital
for medical recording and subsequently brought him to Liloy MPS as well as the
confiscated pieces of evidence for proper disposition. For information.
Accomplishment Report on the Arrest of Wanted Person
LABASON - Be informed that at about 10:35 o’clock
in the morning of November 17, 2016 PNP elements of Gutalac and Labason MPS led
by PSI SERGIO R BIHAG, DCOP conducted joint manhunt operation at Brgy Patawag,
Labason ZN and successfully arrested one Geovani Edibne Sadal, 29 years old,
single and resident at Brgy Matunoy, Gutalac, ZN by virtue of Warrant of Arrest
under Criminal Case Number L-002937 for Violation of “Presidential Decree 533” issued by Judge Oscar D Tomarong, RTC
Branch 28, Liloy, ZaNorte dated October 20, 2016 with bail recommended to
Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 35,000.00). Subject person was brought and
temporarily detained in Gutalac MPS detention cell for proper disposition. For

Spot Report on Shooting Incident
SIAYAN - Be informed that at about 11:12 o’clock in the evening of
November 17, 2016, Expedito Adaza y Aniñon, 43 years old, single, school
teacher, Filipino and a resident of Sitio Hillside, Poblacion, Siayan,
Zamboanga del Norte reported to Siayan MPS that shooting incident was
transpired at the residence of the victim, identified as Johna Glenn Atuy y Benlot,
30 years old, married, Filipino, SB member, a surrenderer of said MPS, and a
resident of said place. Acted on the said report, Elements of Siayan MPS
proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the said report. Upon arrival
thereat said team saw the victim lying, with blood on the floor in an upside
down position. He was breathing deeply which prompted the PNP responding team
immediately brought the victim to the Hospital for medical treatment but was
pronounce dead on arrival by the attending physician. Initial investigation
conducted by the said responding team disclosed that while the victim watching
television show at their living room he was shot by unidentified suspect using
unknown caliber hitting on his chest resulting on his unconsciousness. Siayan
MPS is now conducting thorough investigation for possible identification of the
suspect. Likewise conducted checkpoint for the arrest of the same. Motive of
