Shooting Incident
LABASON - Shooting incident transpired at Barangay
Kipit, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:20 PM of November 4, 2016. Initial
investigation conducted by the responding PNP Team of Labason MPS disclosed that
victim identified as one Jojo Coding aka Musa, 39 years old, married, farmer
and a resident of said place who was shot by two suspects identified as Usop Sota, the nephew of his wife and one aka
“Puloy” using unidentified short FAs at the victim’s house. After the incident,
suspect fled to unknown direction. Victim sustained two (2) gunshot wound, one
at the lower portion of his right ribs and on his thigh and was brought by his
relatives to Labason District Hospital for medical treatment. Motive of the
incident believe to be revenge. Labason MPS still conducting manhunt operation
for possible arrest of the suspect.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Arrest of Wanted Person
RIZAL - A retired Policeman was arrested for the
crime of car napping during police operation in Barangay New Dapitan, Rizal,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:30 AM of November 4, 2016. The Rizal MPS
identified the arrested man as Rustico Gabin Flores, married, male, 66 years
old, ret. PNP PNCO, a resident of said place. This is by virtue of the crime of
Car napping docketed under criminal case number 1438 issued by Hon. Roy P.
Murallon, Acting Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court 10th Judicial Region
Branch 36, Calamba, Misamis Occidental, issued on October 17, 2016 with bail
bond recommended amounting to One Hundred Eighty Thousand pesos (₱180,000.00)
for his temporary liberty. Suspect temporarily detained at Rizal MPS for proper
disposition.
